Iranian scientific association of wood and paper industries (ISSWPI) was founded in 2010 aiming to develop and promote local science and technology in the field of wood, pulping and papermaking industries. Iranian journal of wood and paper industries (IJWP) is the association’s scientific journal that is published from April 2010 biannually. This publication has been validated by Iranian ministry of science, research and technology (MSRT) and it welcomes original research papers in different fields of wood, pulping and papermaking science and technology. Peer reviewed manuscripts will be published by acceptance in the journal as soon as possible.

journal's publication fee policy:

Based on the approval of the board of directors of the Iranian Wood and Paper Sciences and Industries Association (dated September 11, 2022), it was determined:

For the submitted paper, after reviewing and approving it by the editorial board of the journal and before sending it to the referee, the esteemed authors will pay 500,000 Rials (fifty thousand Tomans) for each paper and also 2,000,000 Rials (Two hundred thousand tomans)  if the paper is accepted for publication to be taken to provide part of the publishing costs. It should be noted that if the paper is not accepted, the initial advance payment of 500,000 Rials is non-refundable.

  • Therefore, according to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Association of Wood and Paper Industries of Iran, please pay the mentioned amounts to the non-withdrawable account of the Association in Tejarat Bank, 0135858390, Ordibehesht Branch of Tehran and also the account number of the association in Keshavarzi Bank 299066323 - Tohid Branch, Karaj. Please send the deposit slip through the publication system. Authors can also pay the cost of reviewing and publishing the paper by depositing it in the virtual card of the association in Keshavarzi Bank at 6037707000086524.
  • Those referees who are continuous members of the association and referee 10 papers, one of their papers will be accepted for free.
  • Continuous members of the association should benefit from 15% discount in publishing The papers.

 

Respecting the rules of ethics in publications, this journal is subject to the rules of the Ethics Committee for Publication (COPE) and follows the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works.
