نقش پیش‌تیمار پلاسما و نانو سیلیکا بر ارتقاء عملکرد پوشش‌های پایه آب و روغنی روی سطح چوب راش

چکیده
بیان مساله و اهداف: به‌کارگیری روش‌های نوین آماده‌سازی سطح و توسعه پوشش‌های زیست‌سازگار حاوی نانو ذرات، زمینه‌ساز تحول در صنعت چوب و فرآورده‌های آن هستند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و مقایسه پوشش‌های حفاظتی پایه آب و پایه روغن بر عملکرد سطحی چوب راش(Fagus sylvatica) و ارزیابی نقش افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکا و پیش‌تیمار پلاسما در بهبود خواص سطحی و دوام پوشش‌ها است.
مواد و روش‌ها: سطح نمونه ها، به روش فناوری پلاسما در محیط نیتروژن پیش‌تیمار شدند. سپس، فرمولاسیون پوشش‌ها با و بدون 5/1 درصد وزنی از نانو سیلیکا تهیه و به وسیله فیلم‌کش روی سطوح چوب اعمال شدند. در نهایت، آزمون‌های زاویه تماس و طیف سنجی ATR-FTIR جهت بررسی اثر پیش‌تیمار پلاسما روی سطح چوب انجام شد. همچنین، آزمون چسبندگی کششی(پول‌آف)، سایش و سختی مداد روی سطوح پوشش خورده چوب بررسی شد. ضخامت پوشش‌ها نیز با استریو میکروسکوپ مطالعه و مقایسه شد.
نتایج: به عنوان نتیجه، پیش‌تیمار پلاسما با ایجاد تغییرات شیمیایی و مورفولوژیکی، سبب افزایش تر شوندگی و نفوذپذیری سطح چوب شد. به طور کلی ضخامت پوشش و خواص مکانیکی سطح (سختی، سایش) روی پوشش‌های پایه آب بیشتر از پوشش‌های روغنی بدست آمد. پیش‌تیمار پلاسما به طور معنی‌داری چسبندگی پوشش‌ها روی سطح چوب را افزایش داد. در حالیکه، نانو ذرات موجب بهبود چشم گیر مقاومت به سایش هر دو پوشش روی چوب شد.
