بهبود مقاومت خمشی تخته‌های چوب سیمان با الیاف شیشه با طول‌های مختلف

چکیده
بیان مسئله و هدف:چندسازه‌های چوب سیمان محصولات صفحه‌ای هستند که از ترکیب خرده چوب‌ها، الیاف لیگنوسلولزی چوبی یا پسماندهای کشاورزی با اتصال‌دهنده‌های معدنی (اغلب سیمان پرتلند) ساخته می‌شوند. به دلیل استفاده از اتصال دهنده‌های معدنی مانند سیمان پرتلند، این محصولات معمولا ترد و شکننده هستند. از این‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف بهبود خواص مکانیکی چندسازه‌های چوب سیمان با استفاده از الیاف شیشه با طول‌های مختلف انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، متغیرهای پژوهش شامل پوسته شالی در دو سطح (5 و 10 درصد)، نسبت آب به سیمان در سه سطح (70:30، 65:35 و 60:40) و طول الیاف شیشه در چهار سطح (صفر (بدون الیاف شیشه)، 12، 18 و 24 میلی‌متر) بودند. مقدار کلرید کلسیم (3 درصد)، نوع سیمان (سیمان پرتلند تیپ 2)، درصد الیاف شیشه (5/2 درصد) به عنوان متغیرهای ثابت در نظر گرفته شدند. در مجموع 24 تیمار مطالعه شد و برای هر تیمار 6 تکرار در نظر گرفته شد. مدول گسیختگی (MOR)، مدول الاستیسیته (MOE) و دانسیته (D) برای تخته‌های ساخته شده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
نتایج:نتایج نشان داد که در نمونه‌‌های ساخته شده، بیشترین مدول گسیختگی(MOR) مربوط به تخته‌های ساخته شده با 5 درصد پوسته شالی، درصد آب به سیمان 70:30 و طول الیاف 18 میلیمتر (MPa510/4) و کمترین آن مربوط به تخته‌های ساخته شده با 10درصد پوسته شالی، درصد آب به سیمان 60:40 و طول الیاف صفر میلیمتر(MPa053/2) بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار مدول الاستیسیته خمشی مربوط به تخته‌های ساخته شده با 5 درصد پوسته شالی، نسبت آب به سیمان 70:30 و طول الیاف شیشه 24 میلی‌متر (14/3903 مگاپاسکال) و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تخته‌های ساخته شده با 10 درصد پوسته شالی، نسبت آب به سیمان 60:40 بدون الیاف شیشه (59/1045 مگاپاسکال) بود. بیشترین مقدار دانسیته مربوط به تخته‌های ساخته شده با 5 درصد پوسته شالی، نسبت آب به سیمان 70:30 و بدون الیاف شیشه (5686/1گرم بر سانتی‌متر مکعب) بود. با افزایش مقدار پوسته شالی از 5 به 10 درصد، مقدار MOR،MOE و دانسیته به ترتیب55/17، 33/24و 88/20 درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش نسبت آب به سیمان از 30 به 40 درصد، مقدار MOR،MOE و دانسیته به ترتیب 21/41، 35/46 و 93/17درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش طول الیاف از صفر (نمونه‌های بدون الیاف) به 24 میلی‌متر، مقدار MOR و MOE به ترتیب 46/30 و 51/10درصد افزایش و دانسیته 27/7درصد کاهش یافت.
نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از الیاف شیشه با طول‌های مختلف در تخته‌های چوب سیمان ساخته شده از پوسته شالی می‌تواند تأثیر قابل توجهی بر خواص مکانیکی چندسازه‌های چوب سیمان داشته است. به‌طوری که افزایش طول الیاف شیشه تا 24 میلی‌متر سبب بهبود چشمگیر مدول گسیختگی و مدول الاستیسیته شد. بهینه‌ترین شرایط تولید چندسازه چوب سیمان با 5 درصد پوسته شالی، نسبت آب به سیمان 70:30 و طول الیاف 24 میلی‌متر حاصل شد. این مطالعه راهکار مناسبی برای بهبود کیفیت خواص مکانیکی پانل‌های چوب و سیمان با استفاده از ترکیب الیاف مصنوعی و طبیعی ارائه می‌دهد و می‌تواند برای محققان و متخصصان صنعت ساختمان و مواد مرکب کاربردی باشد.
