ارزیابی فنی تیرهای گلولام خالص و ترکیبی مبتنی بر LSL ساخته‌شده از محور برگ نخل خرما

چکیده

امروزه به‌کار گرفتن بقایای لیگنوسلولزی در راستای تولید فرآورده‌های چوبی مهندسی‌شده، نویدبخش یک محصول پایدار است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی خواص گلولام تمام LSL از محور برگ نخل خرما و ترکیبی (ترکیب چوب سرو و LSL از محور برگ نخل خرما) در حضور دو نوع چسب اپوکسی و پلی ‌وینیل استات است. برای این منظور LSL با استفاده از محور برگ نخل خرما و رزین فنل فرمالدهید ساخته شد. جهت ارزیابی عملکرد فنی LSL و گلولام، خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. گلولام‌ها با استفاده از چسب اپوکسی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی بهتری نسبت به چسب پلی وینیل استات از خود نشان دادند. هم‌چنین مقاومت به ضربه LSL 6/9 ژول بر سانتی‌متر به دست آمد. گلولام‌های ترکیبی با دانسیته کمتر، عملکرد مکانیکی بالاتری داشتند. بیش‌ترین میزان مقاومت خمشی و مدول الاستسیته به ترتیب با مقدار 37/3 و 7856 مگاپاسگال مربوط به گلولام ترکیبی با چسب اپوکسی بود. بیشترین میزان مقاومت فشاری مربوط به گلولام ترکیبی ساخته‌شده در حضور چسب پلی وینیل استات بود (2/27 مگاپاسگال)؛ بااین‌حال تفاوت معنی‌داری بین مقاومت فشاری گلولام‌ها مشاهده نشد.
