بهبود اثر ضد باکتری عصاره پوست انار با نانوکیتوزان با استفاده از روش انکپسوله کردن در ساخت کاغذهای بهداشتی

چکیده

با توسعه توجه به مسائل زیست‌محیطی و توجه هرچه بیشتر جامعه انسانی به مسائل بهداشتی استفاده از ترکیبات ضد باکتری دوستدار محیط‌زیست نظیر عصاره­های گیاهی برای تولید کاغذهای ضد باکتری بسیار جالب‌توجه می­باشد. از طرفی با توجه به فراریت بالای این ترکیبات دوستدار محیط‌زیست انتظار می­رود کپسوله کردن آن­ها در موادی نظیر کیتوزان بتواند موجب افزایش پایداری و کنترل رهایش آن­ها در ساختار کاغذ شود. ازاین‌رو در این تحقیق عصاره اتانولی پوست انار در کیتوزان به روش انعقاد یونی کپسوله شد و با استفاده از روش اسپری روی سطح کاغذها اعمال شد. ویژگی­های ساختاری عصاره پوست انار نظیر فنل کل، فلاونوئید کل و میزان فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی آن­ها بررسی شدند. همچنین ویژگی­های ساختاری، ممانعتی نظیر فعالیت ضد باکتریایی و مقاومتی کاغذهای تهیه‌شده نیز موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دادند که با روش انعقاد یونی نانو کپسول‌هایی با ابعاد حدود 160 نانومتر به دست آمدند که توانستند فعالیت ضد باکتری کاغذهای اصلاح‌شده را حدود 35 میلی­متر در برابر باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس افزایش دهند. علاوه بر این فعالیت ضد باکتری کاغذهای اصلاح‌شده با نانو کپسول‌ها حدود دو هفته بیشتر از کاغذهای اصلاح‌شده با عصاره خالص بود. از طرف دیگر حضور کیتوزان در ساختار نانو کپسول‌ها نیز منجر شد تا ویژگی­های فیزیکی و مقاومتی کاغذهای اصلاح‌شده نیز بهبود یابند.
