بررسی خواص میکروکریستال سلولز (MCC) تولید شده از الیاف باگاس با استفاده از هیدروکلریک اسید

چکیده

میکرو کریستال سلولز یکی از فراورده های مهم سلولزی است که به طور وسیعی در صنایع دارویی، غذایی، آرایشی و بهداشتی و سایر صنایع مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد که کل مقدار مورد استفاده از خارج وارد ایران می شود. در این پژوهش ابتدا باگاس با استفاده از روش سودا تبدیل به خمیر و در ادامه با استفاده از عملیات رنگبری سفید و برای تولید میکروکریستال سلولز با کیفیت ، خلوص بالا و حذف ناخالصی های باقی مانده، خمیر رنگبری شده با استفاده از روش سودای سرد تبدیل به آلفا سلولزگردید. میکرو کریستال سلولز با استفاده از 3، 5 و 7 درصد اسید هیدروکلریک نسبت به مواد خشک تولید شد. تیمار هیدرولیز اسیدی در دمای 120 درجه سانتیگراد و زمان 150 دقیقه صورت گرفت. جهت ارزیابی ویژگی های میکرو کریستال سلولز تولیدی آزمایش های مختلف برای تعیین مشخصات فیزیکی میکروکریستال سلولز، آنالیز دستگاهی FT-IR، XRD، TGA انجام و با نمونه شاهد وارداتی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد آلفا سلولز تولید شده از باگاس از قابلیت بالایی برای تولید میکروکریستال سلولز برخوردار است. درصد کریستالی میکرو کریستال سلولز برای نمونه شاهد 39 و پس از تیمار هیدرولیز اسیدی 3، 5 و 7 به ترتیب 90، 85 و 86 درصد به دست آمد. نتایج TGA نشان داد میکروکریستال سلولزهای تولید شده از باگاس تفاوت محسوسی با نمونه وارداتی ندارند. با توجه به عدم وجود پیک در 1735 و 1512 مشخص شد میکروکریستال سلولز تولید شده کاملا خالص و عاری از ترکیبات همی سلولز و لیگنین می باشد. خواص فیزیکی نمونه های تولید شده با استاندارد USP مطابقت داشت.
