In this study, bagasse was pulverized using the soda method, then bleached and residual impurities were removed to produce high-quality and pure cellulose microcrystals. The resulting bleached pulp was converted to alpha-cellulose using the cold soda method. Microcrystalline cellulose was produced using 3, 5 and 7% hydrochloric acid concentrations relative to dry matter. Hydrolysis was performed at 120 ° C for 150 minutes. Then, various experiments were conducted to determine the physical characteristics of cellulose microcrystals, FT-IR, XRD, TGA device analysis and were compared with high-quality control sample 1. The results showed that bagasse fibers are not significantly different from imported high-quality samples, and this method is quite promising to produce cellulose microcrystals. Crystalline percentage of the control was 39 while treatments 3, 5, and 7 were 90, 85, and 86, respectively. TGA results showed that the produced MCCs from bagasse don’t have a significant difference from the control sample (imported products). Considering no picks at 1735 and 1512, the produced MCCs are pure with no presence of hemi cellulose or lignin. Additionally, physical properties of the produced MCCs were complying with USP standards.}, keywords = {microcrystalline cellulose,Acid Hydrolysis,physicochemical properties}, title_fa = {بررسی خواص میکروکریستال سلولز (MCC) تولید شده از الیاف باگاس با استفاده از هیدروکلریک اسید}, abstract_fa = {میکرو کریستال سلولز یکی از فراورده های مهم سلولزی است که به طور وسیعی در صنایع دارویی، غذایی، آرایشی و بهداشتی و سایر صنایع مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد که کل مقدار مورد استفاده از خارج وارد ایران می شود. در این پژوهش ابتدا باگاس با استفاده از روش سودا تبدیل به خمیر و در ادامه با استفاده از عملیات رنگبری سفید و برای تولید میکروکریستال سلولز با کیفیت ، خلوص بالا و حذف ناخالصی های باقی مانده، خمیر رنگبری شده با استفاده از روش سودای سرد تبدیل به آلفا سلولزگردید. میکرو کریستال سلولز با استفاده از 3، 5 و 7 درصد اسید هیدروکلریک نسبت به مواد خشک تولید شد. تیمار هیدرولیز اسیدی در دمای 120 درجه سانتیگراد و زمان 150 دقیقه صورت گرفت. جهت ارزیابی ویژگی های میکرو کریستال سلولز تولیدی آزمایش های مختلف برای تعیین مشخصات فیزیکی میکروکریستال سلولز، آنالیز دستگاهی FT-IR، XRD، TGA انجام و با نمونه شاهد وارداتی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد آلفا سلولز تولید شده از باگاس از قابلیت بالایی برای تولید میکروکریستال سلولز برخوردار است. درصد کریستالی میکرو کریستال سلولز برای نمونه شاهد 39 و پس از تیمار هیدرولیز اسیدی 3، 5 و 7 به ترتیب 90، 85 و 86 درصد به دست آمد. نتایج TGA نشان داد میکروکریستال سلولزهای تولید شده از باگاس تفاوت محسوسی با نمونه وارداتی ندارند. با توجه به عدم وجود پیک در 1735 و 1512 مشخص شد میکروکریستال سلولز تولید شده کاملا خالص و عاری از ترکیبات همی سلولز و لیگنین می باشد. خواص فیزیکی نمونه های تولید شده با استاندارد USP مطابقت داشت.}, keywords_fa = {میکروکریستال سلولز,هیدرولیز اسیدی,خواص فیزیکی شیمیایی}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_248512.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_248512_c4b1240ff46f3bcda191cf73a15c06ac.pdf} }
