بررسی قابلیت رنگ‌بری خمیرکاغذ مرکب‌زدایی با آنزیم همی‌سلولاز در مقایسه با فرآیند متداول شیمیایی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، قابلیت رنگ‌بری خمیرکاغذهای مرکب‌زدایی شده با آنزیم همی‌سلولاز در مقایسه با روش متداول شیمیایی بررسی شد. در ابتدا، مخلوط خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی با آنزیم همی‌سلولاز در سطوح مختلف میزان مصرف، زمان‌ تیمار و مقایر pH (تحت سایر شرایط ثابت فرآیندی) مرکب‌زدایی شدند و تیمارهای آزمایشی H2T3 (میزان مصرف: 2/0 درصد (براساس وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی)؛ زمان تیمار: 60 دقیقه و محدده 7-5/6 pH) و H4T2 (میزان مصرف: 1 درصد؛ زمان تیمار: 50 دقیقه و محدده 7-5/6 pH) به عنوان بهترین تیمارها انتخاب شدند. در ادامه، خمیرکاغذهای انتخابی با استفاده از پراکسید هیدروژن تحت شرایط ثابت فرآیندی رنگ‌بری شده و قابلیت رنگ‌بری آنها در مقایسه با خمیرکاغذهای متداول شیمیایی مقایسه شد. براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، قابلیت رنگ‌بری خمیرکاغذهای مرکب‌زدایی شده با همی‌سلولاز بهتر از خمیرکاغذهای رنگ‌بری شده پس از مرکب‌زدایی شیمیایی بوده و کاغذهای حاصل از درجه روشنی و سفیدی بیشتر و همچنین زردی کمتر برخوردار بودند اما ماتی این کاغذها در اثر رنگ‌بری کاهش یافت. همچنین خمیرکاغذهای پیش‌تیمار شده با آنزیم‌ همی‌سلولاز، کاغذهای با شاخص‌های مقاومت به کشش و ترکیدگی بیشتری بعد از مرحله رنگ‌بری نشان دادند به‌طوری که در تیمارهای آنزیمی H2T3 و H4T2 ، افزایش شاخص مقاومت به کشش به‌ترتیب 22/13 درصد و 59/12 درصد و درصد افزایش شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدگی به‌ترتیب 66/3 و 22/6 درصد به‌دست آمد. این در حالی است که شاخص‌های مقاومت به کشش و ترکیدگی خمیرکاغذ مرکب‌زدایی شده شیمیایی بعد از رنگ‌بری به‌ترتیب به میزان 17/10 درصد و 16 درصد بهبود یافتند. همچنین درصد کاهش شاخص مقاومت به پارگی کاغذ در تیمارهای آنزیمی H2T3 و H4T2 بعد از رنگ‌بری، به‌ترتیب 45/12 درصد و 06/8 درصد در مقایسه با خمیرکاغذهای مرکب‌زدایی شده شیمیایی (44/4 درصد) تعیین شد. براساس نتایج کلی به‌دست آمده از مقایسه ویژگی‌های کیفی کاغذهای ساخته شده از خمیرکاغذهای مختلف رنگ‌بری شده با پراکسید هیدروژن، پیش‌تیمار آنزیمی H2T3 در مجموع
