تقویت مقوای بازیافتی با استفاده از تیمارسطحی و مواد افزودنی در بخش سایزپرس

چکیده

در صنعت، تیمارسطحی کاغذ و مقوا به ویژه در بخش سایزپرس سابقه طولانی دارد. انواع نشاسته و موادافزودنی برای بهبود کیفیت سطح و آهاردهی سطحی کاغذ مورد استفاده می باشد. اما کاربرد نشاسته و مواد افزودنی در سایزپرس بیشتر با هدف بهبود خواص مقاومتی و بسته‌بندی مقوای لاینر بازیافتی در حال افزایش است. لذا بررسی ارتباط بین فرآیند تیمار سطحی مواد افزودنی و میزان اثرگذاری آن بر تقویت برخی شاخص‌های مقاومتی ضروری است. لذا در این تحقیق، مقادیر مختلف نشاسته (8-1 درصد) و همچنین پس از تقویت با پنج درصد لیگنوسلولز نانوفیبریله بر روی سطح مقوای لاینر بازیافتی صنعتی فاقد هرگونه افزودنی اعمال شد. همچنین تغییرات گرانروی به عنوان یکی از متغیرهای مهم، بررسی شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که نسبت به نمونه پایه، تیمار سطحی موجب تقویت همه ویژگی های مقاومتی بررسی شده گردید. اما اثر افزایش غلظت نشاسته و میزان نشاسته جذب شده در برخی موارد معنی‌دار نبوده است.
