تأثیر پیش‌تیمار آنزیمی با آمیلاز و پالایش بر ویژگی‌های آب‌گیری و فیزیکی خمیرکاغذ کارتن کنگره‌ای کهنه

چکیده

در این پژوهش، اصلاح آنزیمی خمیرکاغذ کارتن کنگره‌ای کهنه (OCC) با آنزیم آمیلاز استخراج شده از Bacillus sp. مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آنزیم آمیلاز در سطوح مختلف 05/0، 1/0، 2/0و 3/0 درصد (بر اساس وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی) تحت شرایط ثابت درصد خشکی 10 درصد، درجه حرارت °C50، مدت ‌زمان 1ساعت و محدوده 7-9/6 pH به خمیرکاغذ OCC افزوده شد. برای خنثی‌سازی آنزیم باقی‌مانده از 05/0 درصد پروکسید هیدروژن (براساس وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ) استفاده شد. پالایش خمیرکاغذ OCC پیش‌تیمار شده با سطوح مختلف آمیلاز در دور ثابت2000 انجام شد. ویژگی‌های آب‌گیری و فیزیکی خمیرکاغذ OCC پیش‌تیمار شده در دو شرایط پالایش شده و پالایش نشده در مقایسه با خمیرکاغذ شاهد (خمیرکاغذ تیمار نشده با آنزیم) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج به‌دست ‌آمده نشان داد که پیش‌تیمار آنزیمی با آمیلاز موجب بهبود درجۀ روانی خمیرکاغذ به میزان 22-11 درصد نسبت به خمیرکاغذ شاهد شد. بیشترین درجۀ روانی با استفاده از 2/0 درصد آمیلاز (ml, CSF 600) به‌دست ‌آمده است. پالایش خمیرکاغذهای پیش‌تیمار شده با آمیلاز و نمونه شاهد موجب کاهش درجۀ روانی خمیرکاغذ شد اما با افزایش مصرف آمیلاز، قابلیت آب‌گیری خمیرکاغذ افزایش یافت. استفاده از آنزیم آمیلاز کاغذهای با ضخامت نسبی بیشتر، حجیم‌تر اما با مقاومت به عبور هوای مشابه نسبت به نمونه شاهد نتیجه داد. افزایش مصرف آمیلاز از 05/0 درصد به 3/0 درصد همراه با پالایش، موجب کاهش ضخامت و حجیمی و افزایش مقاومت کاغذ به عبور هوا شد. همچنین نتایج ارزیابی زمان‌های مختلف تیمار آنزیمی خمیرکاغذ OCC پالایش نشده (در غلظت ثابت 1/0درصد) بر مقادیر ضخامت، حجیمی و مقاومت کاغذ به عبور هوا بیانگر آن است که مدت‌زمان 90 دقیقه به‌عنوان زمان بهینه می‌باشد. به‌طورکلی تیمار ترکیبی آمیلاز (1/0-05/0 درصد) و پالایشPFI (دور ثابت2000) خمیرکاغذهای باکیفیت بهتری را به لحاظ ویژگی‌های آب‌گیری و فیزیکی نسبت به خمیرکاغذOCC نشان داد.
