بررسی ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، مکانیکی و انتشار فرمالدهید تخته‌فیبر نیمه سنگین (MDF) ساخته شده از رزین اوره فرمالدهید تقویت‌شده با نانوکریستال سلولز

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق، ارزیابی ویژگی‌های فیزیکی- مکانیکی و انتشار فرمالدهید تخته‌فیبر نیمه سنگین (MDF) ساخته شده از رزین اوره فرمالدهید اصلاح شده بود. در این تحقیق از نانوکریستال سلولز (0، 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 درصد) بر مبنای وزن خشک چسب جهت اصلاح رزین اوره فرمالدهید استفاده شد. نتایج خواص مکانیکی نشان داد که مقاومت خمشی و چسبندگی داخلی تخته‌های MDF هنگامی که نانوکریستال سلولز تا 1 درصد وزنی داخل رزین اوره فرمالدهید اضافه شد، بطور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت. هرچند که افزایش بیشتر مقدار نانوکریستال سلولز (5/1 و 2 درصد) این مقاومت‌ها را کاهش داد. هنگامی که مقدار نانوکریستال سلولز از 1 درصد به 2 درصد وزنی افزایش یافت، جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت تخته‌ها بعد از 2 ساعت به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت اما بین پانل‌ها بعد از 24 ساعت هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. میزان انتشار فرمالدهید نیز با افزایش مقدار نانوکریستال سلولز، بطور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت.
