بررسی و ارزیابی رفتار کششی و جذب آب چند سازه‌های چوب/ اپوکسی و چوب/ پلی‌استر

چکیده

در این پژوهش، دو نوع رزین اپوکسی با غلظت (ویسکوزیته) بالا و پایین و یک نوع رزین پلی‌استر غیر اشباع گزینش شد و برای تولید نمونه‌های رزین خالص و همچنین چندسازه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در این بررسی ویژگی های کششی، جذب آب و میزان شدت تخریب نمونه‌ها در آب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که اضافه کردن پودر چوب به رزین‌های یاد شده تاثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای بر ویژگی های کششی و جذب آب آنها دارد. آزمون کشش نشان داد که اگرچه مدول رزین پلی‌استر خالص تا حدودی پایین‌تر از رزین اپوکسی با غلظت کم بود، ولی به هر حال پس از اضافه شدن پودر چوب، ویژگی های کششی چندسازه پلی استر در مقایسه با چندسازه اپوکسی با غلظت کم بهینه تر گزارش شد. بررسی میزان جذب آب نشان داد که رزین پلی‌استر خالص و چندسازه ساخته شده از آن کمترین میزان جذب آب را در مقایسه با نمونه‌های همانند رزین اپوکسی دارند، به علاوه میزان تخریب نمونه پلی‌استر خالص و چندسازه‌های ساخته شده از آن در مقایسه با نمونه‌های همانند از رزین اپوکسی پایین‌تر بود، به طوری که پس از گذشت 50 روز غوطه‌وری در آب، کمترین میزان مواد استخراجی از چندسازه‌های پلی‌استری به درون آب وارد شده بود.
