بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیر میزان سازگارکننده و الیاف بر ویژگی های کششی و فیزیکی چند سازه لیاف ساقه پنبه- پلی پروپیلن بازیافت شده

چکیده

هدف این بررسی، استفاده از الیاف ساقه پنبه و پلی پروپیلن بازیافتی در تولید چند سازه های چوب/ پلاستیک به روش ریزش کیک بوده است. لذا از الیاف ساقه پنبه در 3 سطح 50، 55 و 60 درصد (بر پایه وزن خشک چند سازه) و همچنین استفاده از 3 سطح ماده جفت کننده MAPP[1] ( صفر، 3 و 5 درصد) با استفاده از پروپیلن بازیافتی چند سازه های چوب- پلاستیک ساخته شد. نتایج اندازه گیری ویژگیهای کششی و فیزیکی چند سازه ها با استفاده از طرح آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مقاومت کششی چند سازه های ساخته شده با افزایش میزان سازگارکننده و کاهش مصرف الیاف بهبود یافته است. در حالی که مدول کشسانی کششی با کاهش میزان الیاف به طور معنی داری کاهش یافت. همچنین همه ویژگیهای فیزیکی چندسازه ها با افزایش مصرف سازگارکننده بهبود یافتند. همچنین با کاهش میزان الیاف، واکشیدگی ضخامت 24 ساعت و جذب آب 2 ساعت در آب جوش به کمترین میزان کاهش یافتند.
