بررسی تاثیر نوع رویه و نوع چسب مصرفی بر خواص مکانیکی پانل‌های ساندویچی ساخته شده از کاغذ لانه زنبوری

چکیده

پانل‌های ساندویچی گروه ویژه‌ای از فرآورده‌های لایه‌ای هستند که اغلب سه لایه بوده و مغزی آن ها دارای ضخامت بیشتری است اما سفتی و مقاومت به پیچش (صلبیت) کمتری نسبت به لایه پشت و رو دارند. مواد مغزی به‌طور معمول از لانه زنبوری، کارتن کرکره‌ای و موادی نظیر پلی اورتان تهیه می‌شود. در این پژوهش، تاثیر نوع رویه و نوع چسب مصرفی بر خواص مکانیکی پانل‌های ساندویچی بررسی شده است. عامل‌های متغیر در این پژوهش شامل، نوع رویه که از سه نوع رویه مختلف با ضخامت یکسان (رویه راش، رویه صنوبر و رویه تخته فیبر سخت دو رو صاف بدون روکش) و نوع چسب مصرفی که از دو نوع چسب سرد مختلف (چسب اپوکسی و چسب پلی وینیل استات) بودند. پس از ساخت پانل‌ها، نمونه‌های آزمونی برابر با استاندارد DIN آیین نامه EN 326-1 تهیه شد. مدول کشسانی و مدول گسیختگی در سطح و لبه برابر با استاندارد DIN آیین نامه EN 310 و نیز مقاومت به ضربه پانل‌ها برابر با استاندارد ASTM آیین نامه D 3499 اندازه‏گیری شد و نتایج با استفاده از طرح آماری فاکتوریل کاملا تصادفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بیشترین مقادیر خواص مکانیکی برای تیمارهای تخته فیبر سخت و با استفاده از چسب اپوکسی دیده شد. با توجه به این نتایج، بهترین ترکیب جهت ساخت پانل‌های ساندویچی چوبی، ترکیب چسب اپوکسی و تخته فیبر سخت دو رو صاف بدون روکش می‌باشد
