روش های رنگ آمیزی فلورسنت با رنگ رودامین B ایزوتیوسیانات در مواد سلولزی

چکیده

رنگ آمیزی با مواد فلورسنت از روش‌های پرکاربرد در مطالعه و مکان‌یابی مواد سلولزی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، رنگ‌آمیزی مواد سلولزی با دو روش مستقیم (افزودن مستقیم عامل فلورسنت) و غیرمستقیم (افزودن ماده فلورسنت پس از ایجاد لنگر) مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت و در ادامه، نتایج رنگ‌آمیزی بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که هر چند در هر دو روش امکان تصویربرداری فراهم گردید، اما رنگ‌آمیزی به روش غیرمستقیم، نتایج به نسبت یکنواخت‌تر و رنگ‌آمیزی موثرتری را در این مطالعه ارائه داد. به‌علاوه، اثر هریک از روش‌های رنگ آمیزی بر ویژگی بار سطحی (پتانسیل زتای نانوالیاف) و برهمکنش‌های پایانه تر (با بررسی درجه روانی به عنوان یک شاخص) مطالعه شد. نتایج نشان داد پتانسیل زتای (منفی) ماده سلولزی در اثر رنگ‌آمیزی به هر دو روش رنگ‌آمیزی منفی‌تر شد. همچنین مشاهده شد رنگ‌آمیزی ماده سلولزی به هر دو روش، اثر چندانی بر درجه روانی خمیرکاغذ به عنوان یک معیار نداشت.
