بررسی عملکرد خمشی چندسازه ساختمانی با لایه‌های چوبی متقاطع (CLT) ساخته‌شده از صنوبر و تقویت‌شده با پیچ و میخ

چکیده

این مطالعه باهدف بررسی عملکرد خمشی CLT ساخته‌شده از گونه صنوبر (Populus alba)، چسب پلی­اورتان و اتصال­دهنده­های مکانیکی انجام شد. مقدار مصرف چسب 300 گرم بر مترمربع بود. برای ساخت CLT، تخته­های صنوبر در هوای آزاد خشک و سپس از چهار طرف رنده شدند. ضخامت و پهنای تخته­ها به ترتیب 19 و 100 میلی‌متر بودند. ضخامت و پهنای نمونه CLT سه لایه برای آزمون خمش به ترتیب 57 و 80 میلی‌متر و نسبت طول دهانه به ارتفاع مقطع حدود 12 بود. آزمون خمش با دستگاه اینسترون مدل 4486 انجام شد. متغیرهای موردبررسی شامل نوع اتصال‌دهنده (شامل میخ فولادی گالوانیزه، میخ شانه­ای یا تیپو ST و پیچ پانلی رزوه درشت)، تعداد اتصال‌دهنده (2 و 4)، چسب (با و بدون چسب) و جهت پانل (جهت طولی و عرضی پانل) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقاومت خمشی (MOR) و مدول الاستیسیته خمشی (MOE) مربوط به جهت طولی CLT­های ساخته‌شده با ۴ عدد پیچ پانلی به همراه چسب و همچنین کمترین آن‌ها نیز مربوط به جهت عرضی CLT­های ساخته‌شده با ۲ عدد میخ تیپو به همراه چسب بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که مقاومت و مدول الاستیسیته خمشی با تغییر مستقل نوع اتصال‌دهنده، چسب (با و بدون چسب) و تعداد اتصال‌دهنده (2 و 4) به ترتیب 71 و 16، 16 و 400، 1 و 10 درصد تغییر می­کند. مقاومت و مدول الاستیسیته خمشی نمونه­های CLT در جهت طولی به ترتیب حدود سه و چهار برابر بیشتر از نمونه­های CLT‌در جهت عرضی است. نتایج نشان داد که مقاومت­های خمشی CLT های ساخته‌شده با چسب به همراه میخ تیپو، میخ فولادی و پیچ در حد استاندارد ISO 16696-1 بود، اما مدول الاستیسیته خمشی آن‌ها به‌خصوص مدول در جهت طولی پانل در حد استاندارد نبود که لازم است مطالعات جامعی برای مقاوم­سازی آن انجام ­شود.
