بررسی مکانیسم رهایش نیترات نقره در پد هیدروژل بر پایه نانو سلولز جهت ترمیم سوختگی

چکیده

یکی از کاربردهای هیدروژل­ها، استفاده از آن به­عنوان پانسمان (زخم و سوختگی) می­باشد. زیست­سازگاری و عدم سمیت سلولی برای هیدروژل­های مورداستفاده در زمینه پزشکی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. مواد سلولزی می­توانند داروها را بارگذاری کرده و در شرایط دمایی و یا pH سطح بدن در اثر فرآیندهای مختلف مانند انتشار، داروها را آزاد کنند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مکانیسم رهایش نیترات نقره در فیلم هیدروژل زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر بر پایه نانوسلولز جهت ترمیم سوختگی بود. جهت تهیه فیلم هیدروژل، از نانوالیاف سلولزی و هیدروکسی اتیل سلولز با نسبت وزنی (3 به 1) و همچنین از سیتریک اسید به‌عنوان اتصال‌دهنده عرضی با مقادیر 10 و 20 درصد وزنی نسبت به بستر استفاده شد. سپس بارگذاری نیترات نقره به‌عنوان یک داروی ضدعفونی‌کننده به هیدروژل­­های تهیه‌شده انجام شد. نتایج رهایش دارو نشان داد که رابطه خطی بین میزان جذب و غلظت داروی مربوطه وجود دارد. در ساعات اولیه آزمایش، 70 تا 90 درصد از رهایش دارو مشاهده شد و سپس تا 24 ساعت، دارو به‌آرامی از هیدروژل آزاد گردید. مدل‌سازی رهایش دارو، انتشار فیک را به‌عنوان مکانیسم غالب در تحویل دارو انتخاب کرد. آزمون عدم سمیت MTT، اثربخشی بالای کاتیونیزاسیون نانوسلولز را نشان داد و مؤید عدم سمیت هیدروژل­های بر پایه مواد زیست سازگار بود. می­توان نتیجه­گیری کرد که هیدروژل زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر بر پایه نانوسلولزکه حاوی نیترات نقره است، به‌عنوان یک محصول کاملاً مناسب و کاربردی جهت ترمیم سوختگی قابل‌استفاده می­باشد.
