استفاده از نانو ذرات دی‌اکسید تیتانیم و متیلن آبی در رنگ‌بری بدون کلر عنصری (ECF) خمیرکاغذ باگاس

چکیده

این تحقیق باهدف رنگ‌بریECF خمیرکاغذ سودای باگاس تولیدشده در صنایع کاغذ پارس با اکسیژن (O)، دی‌اکسید کلر (D) و پراکسید هیدروژن (P) در حضور فتوکاتالیزور نانوذره دی­اکسید تیتانیم (T) و متیلن آبی (M) به­عنوان جایگزینی برای هیپوکلریت سدیم (H) انجام شد. رنگ‌بری خمیرکاغذها طی توالی­هایHH، O، OD، OD(Ep)T1، OD(Ep)T2، OD(Ep)T1m و OD(Ep)T2mانجام شد. خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی خمیرکاغذها و کاغذهای دست­ساز و COD پساب­ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس این نتایج، عدد کاپا خمیرکاغذها طی دو توالی OD(Ep)T1m و OD(Ep)T2m معادل نمونه شاهد رنگ‌بری شده با توالی HH از صنایع کاغذ پارس بود؛ اما درجه بسپارش خمیرکاغذ بعد از دو توالی اخیر دو برابر نمونه شاهد بود. نتایج درجه روشنی کاغذهای حاصل نشان داد که با استفاده از توالی­های OD(Ep)T1، OD(Ep)T2 OD(Ep)T1m و OD(Ep)T2m می­توان به درجه روشنی مشابه نمونه شاهد صنایع کاغذ پارس (75 درصد ایزو) دست‌یافت. همچنین ارزیابی نتایج نشان داد که در صورت جایگزینی توالی HH با توالی OD(Ep)T1m و OD(Ep)T2m با عدد کاپای برابر می­توان انتظار بهبود بازده (3 درصد)، گرانروی (207 درصد)، درجه بسپارش (213 درصد) خمیرکاغذ و ماتی (5 درصد)، شاخص­های مقاومت به کشش (7/2 درصد) و پارگی (49 درصد) کاغذ را داشت ضمن این­که COD پساب نیز 30 درصد کاهش خواهد یافت. به‌طورکلی، استفاده از نانوذره دی‌اکسید تیتانیم و متیلن آبی امکان دستیابی به خمیرکاغذ با درجه روشنی بیشتر و خواص مقاومتی مناسب­تر را فراهم نمود.
