پیش‌بینی مدول خمشی و مدول الاستیسته تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مقایسه آن با مدل‌های رگرسیونی

چکیده

امروزه روش‌های مدلسازی متعددی برای پیش آگاهی و کاهش هزینه‌های تولید به منظور پیش‌بینی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی فراورده‌های صفحه‌ای چوبی استفاده می‌شود. از جمله این روش‌ها می‌توان به روش رگرسیون‌های و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی اشاره کرد. در این تحقیق امکان پیش‌بینی مقادیر مدول خمشی (MOR) و مدول الاستیسیته (MOE) تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره و بر اساس مهم‌ترین پارامتر‌های ساختاری تخته خرده چوب مانند دانسیته در سه سطح (65/0، 7/0، g/cm3 75/0)، درصد چسب در سه سطح (8، 5/9 و %11) و ضریب کشیدگی در سه سطح (13، 33 و 47) بررسی شد. داده‌های آزمایشگاهی و داده‌های پیش‌بینی شده با مدل‌های مختلف براساس پارامترهای میانگین قدر مطلق خطا (MAPE)، میانگین مربع خطا (MSE) و ضریب تعیین (R2 ) مورد مقایسه و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اگرچه هر دو مدل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی توانایی پیش بینی مقادیر MOR و MOE را با دقت بالایی دارند، اما شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نسبت به رگرسیون خطی چند گانه، مدول خمشی و مدول الاستیسیته تخته خرده چوب را با R2 بالاتر و MAPE کمتری پیش بینی نمود. مقادیر R2 و MAPE برای شبکه عصبی به ترتیب 77 /0 و 72/7 درصد برای MOR و 86/0 و 7 درصد برای MOE به‌دست آمدند. مقادیر متناظر آنها برای مدل رگرسیون چندگانه به ترتیب 3/8 و 738/0، و 06/9 و 783/0 بودند. این مقدار خطا برای پیش‌بینی خواص تخته خرده چوب از نظر صنعتی و کاربردی رضایت‌بخش است.
