Therefore, the bending strength of small control specimens with a span length of 180 mm were firstly measured. Accordingly, their bending modulus of elasticity (MOE) and Poisson's ratio of 0.3 were used as input data for prediction. Therefore, four types of hollow and solid WPC profiles with span lengths of 180 and 450 mm were tested under three-point bending loading with a Hounsfield 0308 testing machine with a loading rate of 5 mm/min. Subsequently, their MOR and creep values were measured and compared with those predicted by the FEM. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) Table showed that the main effect of profile types on MOR was statistically significant. Furthermore, the main and the interaction effects of the span lengths and profile types on MOE were statistically significant. The investigation of the main effects revealed that MOR and MOE decreased by 8.8% and increased by 17.7%, respectively by raising the span length from 180 to 450 mm, and also they altered by 33.1% and 24.2% with the change in profile types. In addition, the interaction effects showed that MOR and MOE values changed by 43.9% and 66.6%, respectively with the simultaneous change of the span lengths and profile types. The results indicated that the FEM predicted the MOR values with a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of less than 3.03% and their corresponding creep with a MAPE of less than 15.25%. According to the satisfied MAPE of FEM, it could be suggested as an efficient method for predicting the bending properties of these products.}, keywords = {wood-plastic profile,finite element method,prediction,bending strength,Creep}, title_fa = {شبیه سازی و پیش بینی عملکرد خمشی پروفیل های چوب پلاستیک با روش اجزای محدود با نرم افزار ANSYS Workbench}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق، خواص خمشی پروفیل‌های تولیدی شرکت چوب پلاست عصر هنر اندازه‌گیری و سپس با هدف کاهش هزینه و زمان اندازه‌گیری دقت روش اجزای محدود با نرم‌افزار ANSYS برای پیش‌بینی آنها ارزیابی شد. از اینرو، ابتدا خواص خمشی نمونه‌های کوچک شاهد با طول دهانه 180 میلیمتر انجام شد. مدول الاستیسیته خمشی نمونه‌های کوچک و ضریب پوآسون 3/0به عنوان داده ورودی برای پیش‌بینی استفاده شد. سپس چهار نوع پروفیل توخالی و توپر با طول دهانه 180 و 450 میلیمتر تحت بارگذاری خمش سه نقطه-ای با دستگاه 0308 Hounsfield با سرعت بارگذاری mm/min 5 آزمایش شدند. بنابراین، مقادیر تنش و خیز آنها اندازه‌گیری و با نتایج روش اجزای محدود (FEM) مقایسه شدند. نتایج جدول تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تاثیر مستقل نوع پروفیل بر MOR معنی‌دار است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر مستقل و متقابل طول دهانه و نوع پروفیل بر MOE از نظر آماری معنی‌دار است. نتایج تاثیر مستقل نشان داد که با افزایش طول دهانه از 180 به 450 میلیمتر، مقدار MOR و MOE به ترتیب %8/8 کاهش و %7/17 افزایش، و با تغییر نوع پروفیل مقدار MOR و MOE به ترتیب %1/33 و %2/24 تغییر کردند. نتایج تاثیر متقابل نشان داد که با تغییر همزمان طول دهانه و نوع پروفیل مقادیر MOR حدود 9/43 درصد و مقدار MOE 6/66 درصد تغییر کرد. نتایج نشان داد که روش اجزای محدود مقدار MOR را با میانگین درصد خطای مطلق (MAPE) کمتر از %03/3 و خیز متناظر آنها را با MAPE کمتر از %25/15 پیش‌بینی کرد. با توجه به خطای رضایتبخش این روش می‌توان روش اجزای محدود را به عنوان روشی کارآمد برای پیش‌بینی خواص مکانیکی این محصولات پیشنهاد کرد.}, keywords_fa = {پروفیل چوب پلاستیک,پیش‌بینی,خیز,روش اجزای محدود,مقاومت خمشی}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_700826.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_700826_26aa1cabc76128efdb38006c381eaffd.pdf} }
