For this purpose, purification of spirulina algae (separation of fat and protein) was carried out during three stages of chemical treatment using a 2% solution, followed by 3% sodium chloride solution, which was buffered by acetic acid. The extracted cellulose fibers were then subjected to 1% dry weight suspension and passed through a high pressure homogenizer in order to isolate the cellulose nanofibers. Before and after chemical treatment, the infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to study the chemical and structural properties of the samples. Also, the diameter and length of the prepared cellulose nanofibers were measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The FTIR results showed that the chemical and mechanical treatment could successfully isolated cellulose and nanocellulose fibers which are totally compatible with previously studies. The analysis of SEM images showed that pure cellulose fibers were extracted from spirulina algae. In addition, the XRD analysis illustrated that the cellulose and nanocellulose fibers had similar diffractogram to the cellulose I. AFM images demonstrated that the nanofibers had average diameter of 37 nm while their length was several microns. It can be concluded that the isolation of cellulose nanofibers by using the high pressure homogenizer could be possible from the chemically treated cellulose fibers.}, keywords = {Cellulose,Cellulose Nanofibers,spirulina algae,Purification}, title_fa = {استخراج سلولز از ضایعات جلبک اسپیرولینا (Spirulina platensis) و جداسازی نانو الیاف سلولزی از آن}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این مطالعه استخراج سلولزخالص از ضایعات جلبک اسپیرولینا(Spirulina platensis) به روش تیمارشیمیایی و جداسازی نانو الیاف سلولزی از آن با استفاده از تیمار مکانیکی بود. بدین منظور خالص سازی جلبک اسپیرولینا (جدا سازی چربی و پروتئین موجود در آن) طی سه مرحله تیمار شیمیایی با استفاده از محلول 2% سود و پس از آن محلول 3% کلریت سدیم که توسط اسیداستیک بافر شده بود انجام شد. سپس الیاف سلولزی استخراج شده به صورت سوسپانسیون 1% وزن خشک تهیه شده و جهت تبدیل به نانو الیاف سلولزی به تعداد 10 بار از هموژنایزر با فشار بالا عبور داده شدند. آزمون طیف سنجی مادون قرمز( FTIR)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی( SEM) و پراش پرتو ایکس( XRD) جهت مطالعه ویژگیهای شیمیایی و ساختاری نمونه ها استفاده شد. همچنین سایز نانو الیاف سلولزی تهیه شده، توسط میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی(AFM ) اندازه گیری شد.طیف سنجی FTIR نشان داد که نتایج به دست آمده از نمونه تولید شده به روش رنگبری شیمیایی و هموژن سازی در فشار بالا مطابقت فراوانی با نمونه های بدست امده در سایر تحقیقات مربوط به ازمون FTIR داشت. تصاویرSEM نشان داد که الیاف سلولزی خالص از جلبک اسپیرولینا استخراج گردیده است. مشاهدات XRD مشخص کرد که به طور کلی ، نمونه های جلبک ضایعاتی شامل نواحی آمورف بوده که بعد از استفاده از تیمار شیمیایی جهت استخراج سلولز و حذف ناخالصی ها، نمونه های الیاف و نانوالیاف سلولوزی استخراج شده دارای نواحی کریستالینی منطبق بر الگوی سلولوز I بود. نتایج حاصل از AFM، تهیه نانو الیاف سلولزی را تایید می کند، به گونه ای که نانو الیاف سلولزی تولید شده دارای قطر متوسط 37 نانومتر و چندین میکرون طول بوده اند. در نهایت می توان نتیجه گیری کردکه تولید نانو الیاف سلولزی با استفاده از هموژنایزر با فشار بالا از سلولز استخراج شده به روش تیمار شیمیایی امکانپذیر می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سلولز,نانوالیاف سلولزی,جلبک اسپیرولینا,خالص سازی}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_30065.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_30065_7fcf22933754b742ce8ec8f2491346e4.pdf} }
