There are some different methods to measure the load of pollutions and the environmental impacts. Life cycle assessment (LCA) is one of the best techniques. LCA is a technique in which all environmental impacts related to a product assessed all over its life cycle, from cradle to grave, and ultimately can be used to improve the production process and to prevent unsuitable environmental impacts. In summary, it can be concluded that the use of this technique is the basis for sustainable development and improving social, economic, and environmental indices. This study focused on the collecting of a comprehensive life cycle inventory data for comfortable furniture in two different production processes (B1 and B2) located in Tehran province, and analyzed the environmental impacts during the production process as gate to gate investigation. The results revealed that emissions in production process B1 were higher than that of production process B2. The reason for this is that basic operations such as sawing and frame assembling along with final operation have been done in the same unit for case B1. Textile production and usage, and polyurethane foam were identified as the main hotspots, respectively. Moreover, the results showed that comfortable furniture production process has the highest effects on ecosystem quality, human health, and resources (fossil fuels and mines), respectively.}, keywords = {Life Cycle Assessment,comfortable furniture,ecosystem quality,human health}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی فرآیند تولید مبلمان راحتی با استفاده از تکنیک ارزیابی چرخه حیات (LCA)}, abstract_fa = {صنعت مبلمان سالیانه باعث انتشار حجم زیادی مواد فرار آلی که ناشی از استفاده از انواع چسب‌ها، پارچه، رنگ‌ها و مواد پوششی است، به محیط زیست می‌شود. برای اندازه‌گیری میزان آلودگی چند روش وجود دارد که یکی از بهترین آنها ارزیابی چرخه حیات است. ارزیابی چرخه حیات تکنیکی است که در آن اثرات زیست‌محیطی مرتبط با یک محصول، در کل چرخه حیاتش ارزیابی شده و در نهایت برای بهبود فرآیند‌های تولید و جلوگیری از اثرات نامطلوب زیست محیطی آن مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. به طور خلاصه، می توان بیان نمود که استفاده از این تکنیک، اساسی برای توسعه پایدار و بهبود شاخص‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با فراهم آوردن داده‌های سیاهه چرخه زندگی فرآیند تولید مبلمان راحتی در دو واحد تولیدی مجزا (B1 و B2) در استان تهران، به تجزیه و تحلیل زیست محیطی جریان تولید این فرآورده (به صورت دروازه تا دروازه ) می-پردازد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که به طور کلی میزان انتشار آلودگی واحد تولیدی B1 بیشتر از واحد تولیدی B2 بوده است که علت آن انجام مراحل برش‌کاری و مونتاژ کلاف مبلمان در داخل همان واحد تولیدی می‌باشد. همچنین مشخص گردید بیشترین عامل اثر گذار مربوط به تولید و استفاده از پارچه و پس از آن تولید فوم پلی اورتان می‌باشد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد تولید مبلمان راحتی بیشترین تاثیر را روی کیفیت اکوسیستم و بعد از آن به ترتیب بر روی سلامت انسان و منابع (سوخت‌های فسیلی و معادن) می‌گذارد.}, keywords_fa = {ارزیابی چرخه حیات,مبلمان راحتی,کیفیت اکوسیستم,سلامت انسان}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_22300.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_22300_ecb88b3845a15e37a9d57b5117e6bea9.pdf} }
