اﺛﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺣﺮارﺗﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺧﻮاص آناتومی، ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻜﻲ، مولفه‌های رنگی و ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﭼﻮب توس

چکیده

از آنجایی که اطلاعات مربوط به تیمار حرارتی چوب به روش صنعتی عمدتاً مربوط به گونه‌های چوبی سوزنی‌برگ می‌باشد، این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی خواص فیزیکی، و مکانیکی گونه چوبی پهن‌برگ توس پس از انجام تیمار حرارتی در کوره‌های صنعتی می‌باشد. بدین منظور از چوب توس (Birch) طبق دستورالعمل اتحادیه ترمو وود فنلاند برای تولید ترمو وود کلاس D استفاده گردید. جذب آب، دانسیته خشک، بحرانی و 12% رطوبت، همکشیدگی، واکشیدگی، و مؤلفه‌های رنگ (L*a*b*)، ویژگی‌های آناتومی و آزمون ترشوندگی، خواص مکانیکی شامل MOE، MOR، مقاومت به ضربه و مقاومت فشاری موازی الیاف بررسی و با نمونه شاهد مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد رنگ چوب ترموشده نسبت به نمونه شاهد به‌مقدار قابل توجهی تیره‌تر شده است. در چوب توس؛ درصد رطوبت چوب تیمار حرارتی شده نسبت به نمونه شاهد 7/117 درصد کاهش را نشان داد. دانسیته بحرانی چوب تیمار حرارتی شده نسبت به نمونه شاهد 3/7 درصد افزایش را نشان داد. دانسیته خشک نمونه بعد از تیمار حرارتی نسبت به نمونه شاهد 6/0 درصد کاهش را نشان داد. دانسیته بعد از تیمار حرارتی نسبت به نمونه شاهد 3/2 درصد افزایش را نشان داد. همکشیدگی و واکشیدگی نمونه ترمو شده نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 5/100 و 4/115 درصد کاهش را نشان داد، تهیه مقطع از چوب تیمار حرارتی شده نسبت به نمونه شاهد سخت‌تر بود. و تخریب آوندها و فیبرها اشعه چوبی قابل مشاهده بود. مدول الاستیسیته، مدول گسیختگی، مقاومت به ضربه و مقاومت به فشار موازی الیاف تیمار حرارتی شده نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 22/3، 4/3، 97/147 و 95/2 درصد کاهش را نشان داد.
