اثر پیش‌تیمار قلیایی و اشباع سطحی بر بازگشت فشردگی چوب فشرده‌ صنوبر

چکیده

فرایند لیگنین­زدایی از چوب و متعاقباً فشرده­سازی آن‌یکی از جدیدترین راهکارهای اصلاح چوب است که به افزایش قابل­ملاحظه مقاومت­های مکانیکی چوب می­انجامد؛ اما به دلیل خروج لیگنین آب­گریز، مشکل جذب رطوبت و بازگشت فشردگی چوب فشرده همچنان باقی می­ماند. در تحقیق حاضر نمونه­های چوب صنوبر متعاقب لیگنین­زدایی با محلول هیدروکسید سدیم و سولفیت سدیم و سپس غوطه‌وری در محلول گلیسرول-اسیدسیتریک، توسط پرس نیمه­صنعتی در دمای 100 درجه سانتی­گراد به مدت 24 ساعت فشرده شدند. بر اساس نتایج، بازگشت فشردگی چوب لیگنین­زدایی ­شده تا حد زیادی کاهش یافت. نتایج طیف­سنجی زیر قرمز بر روی نمونه فشرده لیگنین­زدایی شده، برقراری پیوند هیدروژنی جدید بین واحدهای سلولزی در وضعیت فشرده را تایید کرد که موید کاهش رفتار فنری و بازگشت فشردگی می­باشد. اشباع با ترکیب گلیسرول-اسید سیتریک به کاهش قابل‌ملاحظه بازگشت فشردگی منجر شد. نتایج طیف­سنجی زیر قرمز و همچنین بررسی ریزساختاری، حضور پلی­استر در داخل چوب در سطح فشرده اشباع‌شده را تایید کرد.
