اثر شرایط مختلف اصلاح روغن‌گرمایی بر ساختار شیمیایی و خواص فیزیکی چوب گونه‌ لرگ(Pterocarya fraxinifolia)

چکیده

چوب یکی از منابع بسیار مهم طبیعی بوده­ و حفاظت از آن برای افزایش طول عمر محصولات ساخته‌شده، امری اجتناب­ناپذیر است. اصلاح با روغن­های داغ سبب می­شود که گرما به­صورت یکنواخت به داخل چوب منتقل شود و با ایجاد تغییر شیمیایی در ماکرومولکول­های چوب، آب‌دوستی آن را کم کند. در این پژوهش اثر اصلاح روغن گرمایی در حضور روغن بزرک بر خواص فیزیکی و ساختار شیمیایی چوب گونه­ی لرگ بررسی گردید. برای این منظور نمونه­های چوبی در محیط روغن بزرک، تحت دمای 170،140 و200 درجه سانتی‌گراد در دو بازه زمانی 2 و 4 ساعت گرمادهی شدند. بر اساس نتایج، جذب آب نمونه­های اصلاح­شده کمتر از شاهد بود و مقدار جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت با افزایش دمای تیمار کاهش یافت اما زمان اصلاح گرمایی تأثیر معنی­داری نداشت. همچنین طیف­سنجی مادون‌قرمز مؤید کاهش گروه­های هیدروکسیل چوب، در نمونه­های اصلاح روغن گرمایی شده می­باشد که با افزایش دمای اصلاح، این کاهش محسوس­تر گردید.
