کاربرد اتصال‌دهنده‌های میکرومتری و نانومتری در بهبود خصوصیات بریکت‌های سوختی

چکیده

بریکت‌های سوختی نوعی از سوخت‌های زیستی جامد می‌باشند که باهدف تولید برق و حرارت تولید می‌شوند. تحقیق حاضر بهبود پارامترهای فنی بریکت‌های سوختی را به‌وسیله اتصال‌دهنده‌های سلولزی در مقیاس میکرومتری و نانومتری بررسی می‌کند. بریکت‌های سوختی از باگاس نیشکر تولید و فرآیند متراکم سازی به‌وسیله دستگاه بریکت ساز آزمایشگاهی در فشار MPa 150 و دمای OC 100 انجام گرفت. اتصال‌دهنده‌های سلولزی شامل خرده‌های کاغذ بازیافتی، خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی، نرمه‌های الیاف بازیافتی و نانولیگنوسلولز بازیافتی در سه درصد نسبت 3، 6 و 9% استفاده‌شده است. نتایج نشان دادند نانولیگنوسلولز و نرمه‌های الیاف بازیافتی تأثیر بیشتری بر خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی بریکت­ها داشته به‌طوری‌که در سطح 9%، نرمه‌های الیاف بیشترین مقاومت فشاری و ارزش حرارتی را به ترتیب برابر N/mm 26 و Mj/kg 80/22 و نانولیگنوسلولز به ترتیب برابر N/mm 34 و Mj/kg 85/19 نشان دادند.
