مقایسه ویژگی های پسماندهای غیرچوبی برای تولید انرژی

چکیده

برای محاسبات طراحی یا شبیه‌سازی مبدل‌های حرارتی تولید انرژی از زیست‌توده، محاسبه ارزش حرارتی یکی از مهمترین خواص سوخت‌های زیست توده است. در هر فرآیند تبدیل انرژی از زیست‌توده به علت نیازهای انرژی تمامی فرآیند‌ها از نظر کارایی و بازده، سوخت‌هایی با ارزش گرمایی خالص زیاد معمولاً مطلوب هستند. 8 پسماند غیرچوبی سلولزی در این تحقیق مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ویژگی‌های مهم مورد نیاز این پسماندها برای ارزیابی شامل درصد رطوبت، خاکستر، مواد فرار، عناصر (کربن، هیدروژن، نیتروژن، گوگرد و اکسیژن)، ارزش گرمایی ناخالص و خالص بودند. ارزش گرمایی بر اساس دو روش محاسبه‌ای و اندازه‌گیری مستقیم (با بمب کالری‌متری) تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار گوگرد پسماندها به عنوان یک عامل محدودکننده و آلاینده محیط زیست بیش از سایر گزارش‌ها می‌باشد. به دلیل مقدار زیاد خاکستر در پیت باگاس، توصیه می-شود به صورت مخلوط با باگاس برای افزایش کارایی مبدل‌های حرارتی استفاده شود. استفاده از سیستم گازی‌سازی برای باگاس و نی به دلیل دارا بودن مواد فرار زیاد نسبت به سایر پسماندها ارجحیت دارد. بیشترین ارزش حرارتی به ترتیب برای ساقه ذرت و باگاس و کمترین ارزش حرارتی برای پیت باگاس و ساقه برنج تعیین شد. بین دو روش مورد استفاده برای تعیین ارزش حرارتی همبستگی خوبی وجود دارد که نشان دهنده استفاده از مدل محاسباتی مناسب است.
