بررسی اثر زایلان باقیمانده در تولید نانوالیاف سلولزی حاصل از کاه گندم به روش الکتروریسی

چکیده

در این تحقیق ازکاه گندم به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین پسماندهای لیگنو‌سلولزی برای تولید نانوالیاف سلولزی به روش الکتروریسی بهره گرفته شد. خمیرسازی کاه گندم به روش سودا - آنتراکینون و سپس برای حذف لیگنین، از توالی رنگبری دو مرحله ای با استفاده از دی اکسید کلر استفاده شد. تری فلوئورو استیک اسید و دی کلرو متان نیز برای انحلال الیاف سلولزی بدون زایلان یا الیاف سلولزی حل شونده (خالص سازی با استفاده از هیدرولیز قلیایی هیدروکسید سدیم) و خمیرکاغذ حاوی زایلان به منظور عبور از دستگاه الکتروریسی استفاده شده است. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داده است که نانو فیبرهای یکنواخت با قطر کمتر از یکصد نانومتر از الیاف سلولزی کاه گندم تولید شده است. متوسط قطری نانوالیاف و نانوالیاف بیددار در الیاف حاوی زایلان کمتر از الیاف سلولزی بدون زایلان می باشد. نتایج این تحقیق تاثیر مستقیم حضور زایلان بر فرایند الکتروریسی الیاف کاه گندم را ثابت کرده است.
