مقایسه الیاف طبیعی سلولزی و الیاف سنتزی آرامید بر ویژگی های مکانیکی کامپوزیت بستر اپوکسی

چکیده

در بسیاری از کاربردهای مهندسی، به تلفیقی از ویژگی‌ها نیازست و یک ماده نمی‌تواند تمامی الزامات را برآورده‌سازد. بنابراین تولید و کاربرد چندسازه‌ها در صنایع مختلف از طریق ترکیب مواد، کاربرد وسیعی یافته‌است. بااینحال، مسائل زیست‌محیطی کاربرد سازندهای دوستدار محیط‌زیست را در ترکیب چندسازه‌ها الزام می‌نماید. از این‌رو در این پژوهش، امکان جایگزینی الیاف طبیعی سلولزی با الیاف سنتزی وارداتی کِولار در ترکیب کامپوزیت پایه اپوکسی در حضور و عدم حضور نانوبنتونیت بررسی‌شد. الیاف مزبور در سطوح %5/0 و %25/0 و نانوبنتونیت در سطوح %1/0 و %2/0 در رزین اپوکسی مخلوط و پس از حباب‌زدائی و تکمیل گیرایی کامپوزیت، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. نتایج نشان‌داد که عدم وجود حباب و نیز یکنواختی شکل-گیری، بیشترین تاثیر را بر ویژگی‌ها دارد. بنحویکه مقاومت کششی کامپوزیت حاوی %5/0 الیاف کولار کمتر از %25/0 بود. برخلاف الیاف کولار، افزایش کاربرد منفرد الیاف سلولزی منجر به بهبود چشمگیر مقاومت کششی و مدول‌های الاستیسیته و خمشی گردید. بنحویکه در سطح کاربرد % 5/0، ویژگی‌های مذکور و نیز سطح تخریب‌شده کامپوزیت سلولزی بر اثر ضربه بالستیک، حائز برتری بوده که به طول کوتاه‌تر الیاف سلولزی (mm8/1) در مقایسه با الیاف کولار (mm8/4) و شکل‌گیری بهتر مربوط می‌گردد. لیکن جذب انرژی در الیاف کولار (54 ژول) بیشتر از الیاف سلولزی (50 ژول) بود. کاربرد منفرد الیاف سلولزی و کولار و تلفیق آنها با نانوبنتونیت منجر به تقارن شکست و کاهش چشمگیر سطح تخریب (تا cm210) و ترک‌های بستر کامپوزیت در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد (cm2 17) رزین اپوکسی گردید.
