تولید و ارزیابی خواص نانوکامپوزیت‌ شفاف سه‌لایه حاوی اپوکسی تقویت شده با نانوفیبرسلولز و نانوفیبرکیتین

چکیده

در این مطالعه، نانوکامپوزیت سه‌لایه شفاف متشکل از نانوفیبرهای سلولز چوب (WCNF)، نانو فیبرهای سلولز باکتریایی (BCNF) و نانوفیبرهای کیتین (ChNF) به‌صورت جداگانه به‌عنوان لایه‌ی وسط و اپوکسی به‌عنوان لایه‌های رویی و پشتی ساخته شد و ویژگی‌های آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نانوفیبر سلولز و نانوفیبر کیتین ابتدا تبدیل به نانوفیلم شده و سپس بعد از جابجایی حلال با اتانول و استون در اپوکسی غوطه‌ور شدند و در نهایت نانوفیلم‌های آغشته به اپوکسی بعد از پرس سرد در آون خشک شدند تا نانوکامپوزیت سه‌لایه تهیه گردد. آزمون‌های FE-SEM ، شفافیت و کشش نشان دادند که اپوکسی به لایه وسط (نانوفیلم) نفوذ کرده و موجب شفافیت و خواص مکانیکی بیشتر شده است. طبق آزمون XRD شاخص کریستالی نانوکامپوزیت‌ها کمتر از شاخص کریستالی نانوفیلم‌های خالص بود. آزمون ATR-FTIR حاکی از مشابهت پیک نانوکامپوزیت‌ها با پیک اپوکسی بود که دلیل آن حضور لایه اپوکسی در بالا و پایین فیلم نانوفیبر سلولز و نانوفیبر کیتین بود. خواص مکانیکی و شفافیت تمام نانوکامپوزیت‌ها بیشتر از نانوفیلم خالص بود. نانوکامپوزیت‌های حاوی BCNF و ChNF به‌ترتیب بیشترین خواص مکانیکی و شفافیت را نشان دادند.
