تأثیر غلظت نانوالیاف سلولز اصلاح شده با فتالیمید بر روی میزان جذب دی‌اکسیدکربن

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش ساخت فیلترهای هوا با غلظت‌های مختلف نانوالیاف سلولز برای ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده از آن در جذب دی-اکسیدکربن است. در این تحقیق از روش خشک‌کن انجمادی برای ساخت فیلترها با سه غلظت مختلف (1، 5/1 و 2 درصد) استفاده شد. نتایج میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که هرچه مقدار غلظت‌ نانوالیاف سلولز بیشتر شود سطح ویژه افزایش می‌یابد اما تخلخل و قطر منافذ کاهش می‌یابند. نتایج حاصله توسط آزمونBET نیز تأیید شد. همچنین ویژگی‌های‌ مکانیکی و آزمون جذب دی‌اکسیدکربن بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که کاهش غلظت‌ نانوالیاف سلولز مقاومت مکانیکی و میزان جذب دی‌اکسیدکربن را کاهش می‌دهد، به طوری‌که کمترین مقاومت مکانیکی و جذب دی‌اکسیدکربن مربوط به غلظت 1 درصد نانوالیاف سلولز اصلاح نشده بود و بیشترین جذب دی‌اکسیدکربن مربوط به غلظت 2 درصد نانوالیاف سلولز اصلاح شده بود.
