تأثیر سامانه آلوم-روزین پراکنده بر ویژگی‌های جذب آب، مقاومتی و نوری کاغذ تهیه‌شده از الیاف بازیافتی

چکیده

در این تحقیق، اثر بکارگیری توالی آلوم-روزین پراکنده بر ویژگی‌های مختلف کاغذ تهیه‌شده از الیاف بازیافتی بررسی شد. بدین منظور، آهاردهی معکوس الیاف بازیافتی با خشکی 5/0 درصد در pH6/5 با سطوح 1 و 5/1 درصد آلوم، و 1، 5/1 و 2 درصد روزین پراکنده برمبنای وزن خشک الیاف انجام شد. سپس ویژگی‌های جذب آب، نوری و مقاومتی کاغذهای با گراماژ (g/m2 60±3) ارزیابی شد. براساس نتایج، برای کاهش جذب آب، مصرف تا 1 درصد از دو ماده آلوم و روزین پراکنده سطح مناسب آهاردهی می‌باشد. در نتیجه، جذب آب کاغذها از g/m24/7174± به g/m24/036± کاهش، و زاویه تماس قطره آب با سطح کاغذ از 2/31 به 1/118 درجه افزایش یافت. بعلاوه، همزمان با اثر ممانعتی مولکول‌های روزین در پیوند بین الیاف، آلوم با خنثی‌سازی بار آنیونی و ماندگاری نرمه‌های سلولزی باعث توسعه قابلیت پیوندیابی الیاف شده است. ماتی کاغذ تهیه‌شده نیز بعلت افزایش ماندگاری پرکننده در بستر فیبری الیاف افزایش یافت.
