اثر ویژگی های ساختاری آب فرآیندی بر خواص کاغذ تهیه شده از الیاف بازیافتی

چکیده

در این تحقیق، تأثیر استفاده از آب فرآیندی بر ویژگی‌های کاغذ تهیه شده از الیاف کاغذ بازیافتی بررسی شد. خمیرکاغذ بازیافتی مورد نیاز از کارخانه بازیافتی افرنگ نور و از قسمت لبه بری ماشین کاغذ تهیه گردید. آب مورد نیاز نیز به دو صورت آب تازه از آب لوله کشی در کارخانه با ضریب رسانایی الکتریکی Siemens/cmµ 4/213 و آب فرآیندی که از زیر توری ماشین کاغذ سازی با ضریب رسانایی الکتریکی Siemens/cmµ 4524، جمع‌آوری شد. خمیرکاغذ پس از باز شدن توسط پالایشگر آزمایشگاهی بر روی مش 400 آبگیری شده و سپس با استفاده از دو نوع آب تازه و فرآیندی برای تهیه کاغذهای دست ساز استاندارد با گراماژ 5±130 گرم بر متر مربع مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای آب مورد استفاده آزمون‌های کدورت، TSS، MLVSS، TDS، میزان رنگ و COD و نیز ارزیابی ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، مقاومتی و نوری بر اساس استانداردهای آیین نامه TAPPI صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با انجام ته نشینی به مدت 24 ساعت تغییرات معنی‌داری در بهبود ویژگی‌های آب فرآیندی ایجاد شده است؛ بطوری‌که در نمونه ته نشین شده میزان TSS بیش از 80 درصد، TDS بیش از 15 درصد، کدورت بیش از 53 درصد، رنگ بیش از 8 درصد و COD بیش از 15 درصد نسبت به نمونه اولیه کاهش پیدا کرده‌اند. همچنین، استفاده از آب فرآیندی برای تولید کاغذ باعث افت ویژگی-های مقاومت به ترکیدن بیش از 30 درصد، کششی بیش از 50 درصد، پارگی بیش از 13 درصد و سفتی خمشی 12 درصد شده است. به علاوه، استفاده از آب فرآیندی باعث افت روشنی کاغذهای حاصله به میزان 17 درصد شده است. لذا، تیمار آب فرآیندی قبل از ساخت کاغذ به عنوان یک مرحله ضروری پیشنهاد می شود.
