تاثیر پلی‌لاکتیک‌اسید بر خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه چوب پلاستیک

چکیده

در این پژوهش ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه پلی‌لاکتیک ‌اسید- آرد ساقه کلزا ساخته ‌شده با استفاده از تکنیک قالب-گیری فشاری مطابق با استانداردهای ASTM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طبق مشاهدات به‌دست‌آمده مشخص شد که با افزایش مقدار آرد ساقه کلزا، مدول گسیختگی، مقاومت کششی و مقاومت به ضربه بدون فاق چندسازه در مقایسه با PLA خالص کاهش و در مقابل ویژگی‌های الاستیک شامل مدول یانگ، مدول‌الاستیسیته خمشی و سختی سطح افزایش یافتند. همچنین، افزودن آرد ساقه کلزا موجب جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت این چندسازه گردید. بعلاوه، در مطالعه ویژگی‌های حرارتی توسط آزمون DSC افزایش معنی‌داری در درجه کریستالیته چندسازه ساخته ‌شده مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان بیان داشت که استفاده از ساقه کلزا به‌عنوان یک منبع لیگنوسلولزی ارزان‌قیمت و تجدیدپذیر می‌تواند علاوه بر نقش پرکننده در ساخت محصولات چندسازه، موجب بهبود برخی خواص مکانیکی آن گردد.
