ارزیابی تأثیر ارتعاشات اره موتوری بر لرزش دست و بازو کاربر در عملیات برش گردهبینه

چکیده

ارتعاش شغلی یکی از معضلات مهم شغلی در کار با اره‌موتوری در محیط جنگلداری قلمداد می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف اندازه‌گیری ارتعاش اره‌موتوری بر دست و بازو کارگر اره‌موتورچی در بینه‌بری درختان انجیلی، صنوبر و توسکا در جنگل آموزشی و پژوهشی خیرود انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش تعداد دو اصله درخت از گونه‌های توسکا، انجیلی و صنوبر با تراکم چوب متفاوت، در برش عرضی اندازه‌گیری شد. اندازه‌گیری ارتعاش ‌با استفاده از دستگاه ارتعاش‌‌سنج 106 SVANTEK به طور همزمان در سه جهت X، Y و Z اره‌موتوری انجام گرفت. از شاخص‌های شدت ارتعاش معادل اره‌موتوری (aeq)، مقدار کل ارتعاش اره‌موتوری (ahv)، ضریب قابلیت انتقال ارتعاش ((Tr و دورۀ مواجههء روزانه ( (A8برای ارزیابی ارتعاش اره‌موتوری استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین مقدار لرزش معادل اره‌موتوری (aeq) در گونهء انجیلی در هر سه محور ((X,Y,Z بیشتر از گونه‌های صنوبر و توسکا است و در گونهء انجیلی به طور معنی‌ داری، در جهت X بیشترین و جهت Z کمترین مقدار لرزش وجود دارد (01/0 >P). همچنین در گونه‌های توسکا و صنوبر مقدار لرزش در جهت X، به طورمعنی‌داری از محورهای Yو Z بیشتر است (05/0 > P). آزمون دانکن در گونهء انجیلی نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین سه محور وجود دارد و در گونه صنوبر و توسکا اختلاف معنی‌داری درجهت X و Z وجود دارد و جهت Y اختلاف معنی‌دار هم با جهتX و هم با جهت Z دارد (05/0 > P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد، مقدار لرزش کل اره-موتوری (ahv)، قابلیت انتقال لرزش ((Tr و دورهء مواجههء روزانه ( (A8در بینه‌بری گونهء انجیلی بیشتر از گونه‌های صنوبر و توسکا است.
