تأثیر افزودن اسید سیتریک بر ویژگی‌های تخته خرده چوب

چکیده

در این تحقیق تأثیر افزودن اسید سیتریک بر خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته خرده چوب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نسبت وزنی اسید سیتریک به خرده چوب در چهار سطح (0/100، 10/90، 20/80، 30/70) و چسب اوره فرم‌آلدهید در دو سطح (5 و 10 درصد) به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل این مطالعه انتخاب گردید. برای انجام آزمون‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی از استانداردهای اروپایی مجموعه EN استفاده شد. تأثیرات تیمار اسید سیتریک بر روی خرده چوب به وسیله FTIR آنالیز شد. نتایج طیف FTIR نشان داد که گروه‌های کربوکسیل اسید سیتریک با گروه‌های هیدروکسیل خرده چوب واکنش داده و باعث بهبود ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته شده است. به دلیل عملکرد خوب اسید سیتریک در بهبود مقاومت‌ها می‌توان مقدار مصرف چسب اوره فرم‌آلدهید در ساخت تخته خرده چوب را کاهش داد. طبق نتایج این تحقیق می‌توان با استفاده از میزان چسب 5 درصد و اسید سیتریک 20 درصد، حداقل استاندارد‌های EN312 برای تخته‌هایی برای اهداف عمومی (تیپ 1) را برآورده نمود. همچنین می‌توان با استفاده از میزان چسب 10 درصد و اسید سیتریک 20 درصد تخته‌هایی بالاتر از حد استاندارد312 EN برای لوازم داخلی (تیپ 2) تولید نمود.
