بررسی چقرمگی شکست و چسبندگی داخلی در تخته‌تراشه‌جهت‌دار(OSB) ساخته‌شده از چوب صنوبر

چکیده

در این تحقیق، ‌چقرمگی شکست و چسبندگی داخلی در تخته‌تراشه‌جهت‌دار (OSB) ساخته‌شده از چوب صنوبر (Populus nigra) موردبررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور، درصد اختلاط رزین اوره فرمالدهید به ملامین فرمالدهید (20 به 80، 40 به 60،60 به 40 و 80 به 20)، رطوبت کیک(11 و 13 درصد)، زمان پرس(5 و 7 دقیقه) و ضخامت فرآورده (12 و 16 میلی‌متر) به‌عنوان عوامل متغیر در نظر گرفته شدند. نمونه‌ها بر اساس طرح آزمایشات تاگوچی با آرایه L8(4^1 2^3) ساخته‌شده و آزمون‌های چقرمگی شکست و چسبندگی داخلی به ترتیب مطابق با استاندارد ASTM E399 و 319 EN انجام شدند. چقرمگی شکست با اندازه‌گیری ضریب شدت تنش و انرژی شکست تعیین شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از درصد مشارکت و رتبه‌بندی عوامل متغیر نشان دادند درصد اختلاط رزین بیشترین تأثیر را بر چقرمگی شکست و چسبندگی داخلی OSB داشته است. زمان پرس برای ضریب شدت تنش و چسبندگی داخلی و همچنین ضخامت فراورده برای انرژی شکست دارای کمترین میزان تأثیرگذاری و درصد مشارکت بودند. درصد اختلاط UF به MF(60 به 40)، رطوبت کیک(11 درصد) و زمان پرس(7 دقیقه) و ضخامت نهایی فرآورده(12 میلی‌متر) به‌عنوان فاکتورهای انتخابی جهت ساخت OSB با بیشترین چقرمگی شکست تعیین شدند. بیشترین مقادیر انرژی شکست و ضریب شدت تنش به ترتیب J/M2 12/2944 و MPa m1/219/0 اندازه‌گیری شدند. درصد اختلاط UF به MF (20 به 80)، رطوبت کیک(13 درصد)، زمان پرس(7 دقیقه) و ضخامت نهایی فرآورده(12 میلی‌متر)، به‌عنوان بهترین ترکیب شرایط برای ساخت OSB با بیشترین چسبندگی داخلی(MPa 95/0) انتخاب شدند.
