تأثیر بکارگیری نانوالیاف سلولزی بر ویژگی‌های کاغذ چندلایه تهیه شده از الیاف بازیافتی

چکیده

استفاده از نانوالیاف سلولزی به‌عنوان افزودنی مقاومت‌دهنده در بخش پایانه تر ماشین کاغذ مقاومت‌های کلی کاغذ را افزایش می‌دهد. امّا افزایش قابل ملاحظه زمان آبگیری از سوسپانسیون خمیرکاغذ و کاهش تخلخل و ماتی کاغذ از جمله محدودیت‌های اساسی بکارگیری از آن در این بخش کاغذسازی گزارش شده است. در این پژوهش، تأثیر استفاده از نانوالیاف سلولزی در بخش شکل‌گیری کاغذ بر روی ویژگی‌های کاغذ سه‌لایه تهیه شده از الیاف بازیافتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه های الیاف بازیافتی از صنایع خمیر و کاغذ اترک تهیه شد. بدین منظور خمیرکاغذ پالایش شده و پراکنده نشده بترتیب برای تهیه کاغذ لایه رویی و دو لایه دیگر استفاده شدند. از هر یک از خمیرکاغذهای بازیافتی کاغذهای دست ساز استاندارد با گراماژ 2±40 گرم بر مترمربع تهیه شد. سپس پاشش نانوالیاف سلولز در چهار سطح 1، 2، 4 و 6 درصد (براساس وزن خشک الیاف) بر روی یک سطح ورقه تر و متعاقباً مکش ملایم آن با استفاده از دستگاه پاشش نانوالیاف سلولز که در پردیس علمی تحقیقاتی زیراب طراحی و ساخته شد، انجام گرفت. با استفاده از کاغذهای تیمارشده، کاغذ سه‌لایه با گراماژ حدود 5±120 گرم بر مترمربع تهیه و ویژگی‌های آن موردارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج کلی نشان داد که پاشش نانوالیاف سلولز بر روی ورقه در حال شکل‌گیری، بترتیب باعث افزایش شاخص‌های کششی و ترکیدن کاغذ بمیزان 59/33 و 29/26 درصد شده است. این فرآیند بویژه تأثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای در بهبود مقاومت بین لایه‌های کاغذ چندلایه دارد که در این نوع کاغذها بسیار مهم است. بطوری‌که مقدار این مقاومت از حدود J/m2 116 به J/m2 217 افزایش معنی‌داری یافته است. تصاویر SEM تهیه‌شده از ضخامت کاغذ، اتصال بیشتر بین لایه‌ها و فشردگی کاغذ چندلایه را تأیید می‌کند.
