تاثیر ذرات نانورس و سازگارکنندگی پلی‌پروپیلن اکسیدشده در فاز مذاب بر خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه چوب پلاستیک

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر ذرات نانورس و سازگارکنندگی پلی‌پروپیلن اکسیدشده در فاز مذاب بر خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه چوب پلاستیک حاصل از آرد گیاه نی (Phragmites australis) و پلی‌پروپیلن انجام شد. بدین‌منظور پلی‌پروپیلن به‌روش مذاب و طی مدت 2 ساعت، در مجاورت اکسیژن هوا و الکل 1- دودکانول اکسید شد. سپس آرد گیاه نی با نسبت وزنی 50 درصد با فاز پلیمری به‌همراه سازگارکننده در دو سطح (0 و 3 درصد) و ذرات نانورس در 3 سطح (0، 2 و 4 درصد) در دستگاه مخلوط‌کن داخلی به‌مدت 6 دقیقه و تحت دمای 165 درجه سانتی‌گراد مخلوط شد. در نهایت نمونه‌های آزمونی با ابعاد 2×150×150 میلی‌متر با استفاده از دستگاه پرس گرم ساخته شد. خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی نمونه‌ها نظیر مدول و مقاومت‌های کششی و خمشی، مقاومت به ضربه، جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامتی بلندمدت مطابق آیین‌نامه‌های استاندارد ASTM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از سازگارکننده سبب بهبود کلیه خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه گردید. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی چندسازه چوب‌پلاستیک به‌استثنای مقاومت به ضربه فاقدار، با افزایش مقدار نانورس بهبود یافته است. مطالعات ساختاری کامپوزیت و چگونگی پراکنش نانو ذرات نیز با استفاده از طیف‌سنجی تفرق اشعه ایکس و تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری نشان داد که توزیع ذرات نانورس در زمینه پلیمری از نوع ساختارهای بین‌لایه‌ای بوده است.
