بررسی ویژگی‌های مقاومتی، نوری و ضد باکتریایی کاغذهای تیمار شده با کیتوزان و نانواکسیدروی

چکیده

تحقیقات در زمینه کاغذهای با ویژگی ضد باکتری توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. در این تحقیق، کاغذهای ضد باکتری با کیتوزان، نانو اکسید روی و ترکیب هم­زمان آن­ها تولید شد. در مرحله اول کیتوزان در سه مقدار 5/1، 5/2 و 5/3 درصد و نانو اکسید روی در مقادیر 5/0، 5/1 و 5/2 درصد، مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. سپس مقادیر بهینه هر ماده با توجه به تأثیر در عدم رشد باکتری­ها، تعیین و کاغذ با ترکیب هم­زمان کیتوزان و نانو اکسید روی تولید شد. ویژگی­های مقاومتی، نوری و ضد باکتریایی کاغذها مطالعه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مقاومت کششی کاغذ­های تیمار شده با ترکیب کیتوزان و نانو اکسید روی افزایش یافت. درجه روشنی کاغذها کاهش و ماتی افزایش پیدا کرد. همچنین عملکرد ضد باکتریایی کاغذ­ها بر دو باکتری گرم منفی اشرشیاکلی و گرم مثبت استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس مناسب بوده و سبب عدم رشد باکتری­ها شده است.
