بررسی تخریب زیستی، سختی و ثبات ابعاد چندسازه هیبریدی آرد چوب/پلی پروپیلن/ الیاف شیشه در شرایط مختلف

چکیده

دراین تحقیق، اثر قارچ سرداب (مولد پوسیدگی قهوه‌ای) Coniophora Cerebella بر زیست تخریب پذیری، سختی و ثبات ابعاد چندسازه هیبریدی آردچوب/پلی‌پروپیلن/ الیاف شیشه پس از طی شرایط محیطی (غوطه‌وری در آب) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به این منظور نمونه-هایی با نسبت‌های وزنی 40 به 60، 50 به 50 و 60 به 40 درصد از آرد چوب/ پلی‌پروپیلن و 0، 10 و 15 درصد الیاف شیشه ساخته شدند. نمونه‌ها به‌مدت 1608 ساعت در شرایط غوطه‌وری در آب‌های 25 و 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد، آب دریا و آب استخر واقع شده و سپس به‌مدت 6 هفته در مجاورت با قارچ سرداب قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان‌داد که با افزایش نسبت وزنی آردچوب و اضافه‌شدن الیاف شیشه در چندسازه، کاهش وزن نمونه‌ها در اثر حمله قارچ، به‌ترتیب افزایش و کاهش می‌یابد. نمونه‌ها پس از غوطه‌وری در آب در مجموع نسبت به نمونه‌های شاهد، کاهش وزن بیشتری داشتند و نمونه‌های غوطه‌ور شده در آب استخر و آب گرم 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد نسبت به سایر شرایط، مقادیر بیشتری از کاهش وزن را نشان دادند. با افزایش نسبت وزنی آرد چوب و همچنین افزودن الیاف شیشه در چندسازه، میزان سختی افزایش یافت. نمونه‌ها پس از غوطه‌وری در آب در مجموع نسبت به نمونه‌های شاهد سختی کمتری را نشان دادند. با افزایش نسبت آرد چوب، درصد جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت چندسازه افزایش یافته و افزودن الیاف شیشه در همه نسبت-های آرد چوب سبب کاهش و کنترل جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت گردید.
