تعیین و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای تاثیرگذار بر بهینه‌سازی مصرف چوب در ساخت مبلمان استیل با بکارگیری فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (مطالعه موردی؛ استان قم)

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق تعیین و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای تاثیرگذار بر بهینه‌سازی مصرف چوب در ساخت مبلمان استیل با بکارگیری فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (مطالعه موردی؛ استان قم) است. برای این منظور با بررسی مطالعات و نتایج پژوهش‌های سایر محققان و مصاحبه با متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران، عوامل موثر بر بهینه‌سازی مصرف چوب به 4 گروه اصلی و 23 زیر شاخص تقسیم شدند. درجه اهمیت شاخص‌ها و زیرشاخص‌ها پس از اخذ پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس تعیین شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های طراحی و منابع انسانی در سطح اصلی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارند. همچنین از بین 23 زیرشاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر بهینه‌سازی مصرف چوب در ساخت مبلمان استیل، زیر شاخص‌های ارگونومی، سبک، آموزش‌های مهارتی و منبت‌کاری در صنعت مبلمان استیل به‌ترتیب با ارزش وزنی 247/0، 181/0، 124/0 و 087/0 دارای بالاترین اهمیت‌ها می‌باشند. راهکار استفاده از نیروی متخصص در اولویت اول راهکارها قرار گرفت.
