مطالعه اثرات ضدباکتریایی و خصوصیات فیزیکی کاغذ پوشش دهی شده با نانورس و نانورس همگن شده

چکیده

کاغذهای ضدباکتری نظیر کاغذهای بسته‌بندی موادغذایی برای سلامت انسان‌ها مهم هستند. در این پژوهش با هدف تولید کاغذ ضدباکتری دوستدار محیط‌زیست نانورس به‌عنوان عامل مولد اثر ضدباکتریایی انتخاب گردید. ازآنجاکه اثربخشی نانورس به‌میزان بارمنفی آن بستگی دارد، نانورس توسط دستگاه هموژنایزر، هموژنایز شد تا ساختاری همگن با بارمنفی بیشتر فرآوری گردد. باتوجه‌به منفی بودن بار الیاف و نانوذرات رس، نانورس‌ها در سطوح 1، 3 و 4% با نشاسته ترکیب و سوسپانسیون حاصل توسط دستگاه اتوبار به‌صورت پوشش در سطح کاغذها اعمال گردید. خصوصیات فیزیکی و ضدباکتری کاغذها بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که نانورس‌ها اثر معنی‌داری روی ممانعت از رشد باکتری‌ها داشته و توانستند رشد باکتری‌ها را حتی در سطوح مصرف پایین کاهش دهند. جذب آب کاغذها کاهش و مقاومت به‌عبور هوا آن‌ها افزایش یافت. ازاین‌رو می‌توان بیان نمود که نانورس همگن‌شده می‌تواند عاملی مطلوب در تولید کاغذهای بسته‌بندی با جذب آب پایین، مقاومت به‌عبور هوا بالا و مقاوم در برابر میکروارگانیسم‌های باکتریایی باشد.
