تعیین و اولویت بندی شاخص‌های مؤثر در احداث واحدهای تخته‏ خرده‏ چوب با استفاده از ضایعات درختان گز، نخل و موز؛ مطالعه موردی: استان سیستان و بلوچستان

چکیده

با توجه به عدم استفاده اصولی از منابع ارزشمند لیگنوسلولزی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان و نیاز به مواد اولیه برای کارگاه‏های صنایع چوب استان، تعیین و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های مؤثر در احداث واحدهای تخته خرده چوب با استفاده از ضایعات درختان گز، نخل و موز به‌عنوان هدف این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. برای احداث چنین کارخانه‌هایی 7 شاخص اصلی و 52 زیر شاخص تعیین و اولویت‌بندی گردید. از شاخص‌های مهم می‏توان به مواد و محصولات؛ زیرساخت‌های محیطی؛ فرهنگی و اجتماعی؛ فنی و انسانی؛ اقتصادی و مالی؛ مسائل ژئوپلیتیک و قوانین و مقررات اشاره کرد. برای این امر روش‌های مختلفی برای تعیین شاخص‌های موثر در احداث کارخانه‌های صنایع چوب ذکر شده است که یکی از این روش‌ها، روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است. در این روش پرسش‌نامه‌هایی تهیه و توسط افراد متخصص و صاحب‌نظر تکمیل گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار Expert Choice تحلیل شده و مهم‏ترین شاخص‌ها به‌ترتیب اطمینان از عرضۀ پایدار مواد اولیه (088/0)، نیروی کار دائم (055/0)، هزینۀ حمل مواد اولیه (052/0)، مواد موجود در محل (048/0)، رشد اقتصادی منطقه (044/0)، کیفیت مادۀ اولیه (042/0)، امکانات و تسهیلات زندگی (036/0)، هزینۀ خرید مادۀ اولیه (034/0)، میزان انعطاف‌پذیری کارخانه در قبال تغییرات مواد اولیه (033/0) و سوددهی و دورۀ برگشت سرمایه (033/0) تعیین گردید.
