بررسی تأثیر نوع و ضخامت رویه بر خواص مکانیکی پانل‌های ساندویچی

چکیده

پانل‌های ساندویچی گروه ویژه‌ای از فرآورده‌های لایه‌ای هستند که اغلب سه‏لایه بوده و مغزی آن‌ها دارای ضخامت بیشتری است، اما سفتی و صلبیتکمتری نسبت به‌ لایه پشت و رو دارند. در این پژوهش تأثیر نوع و ضخامت رویه بر خواص مکانیکی پانل‌های ساندویچی بررسی شده‌است. عوامل متغیر در این پژوهش شامل، نوع رویه (رویه راش و رویه صنوبر با ضخامت 3، 4 و 5 میلی‌متر) و چسب مصرفی (ایزوسیانات (PMDI) ) بوده‌است. پس از ساخت پانل‌ها، نمونه‌های آزمونی مطابق با استاندارد DIN آیین‌نامهEN 326-1  تهیه شدند. خواص مکانیکی پانل‌ها شامل مدول الاستیسیته و مدول گسیختگی مطابق با استاندارد DIN آلمان آیین‌نامه EN 310 و نیز مقاومت به ضربه پانل‌ها مطابق با استانداردASTM  آیین نامه D3499 اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی متعادل، تحت آزمون فاکتوریل صورت گرفت. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که ضخامت رویه‌ها تأثیر معنی‌داری بر ویژگی‌های مقاومتی داشته‌است. با افزایش ضخامت رویه‌ها از 3 به 5 میلی‌متر مدول گسیختگی، مدول الاستیسیته و مقاومت به ضربه افزایش یافته‌است. با توجه به اثر متقابل بین گونه و ضخامت مشخص شده است که استفاده از گونه راش در ضخامت 5 میلی‌متر باعث حداکثر شدن مقاومت‌های مکانیکی در پانل‌های ساندویچی شده‌است
