تولید کربوکسی متیل سلولز (CMC) از خمیرکاغذهای رنگبری شده باگاس و جوهرزدائی شده کاغذهای باطله مخلوط اداری: شناسائی و مقایسه ویژگی ها
خمیر رنگبریشده سودای باگاس بهعنوان الیاف غیرچوبی و خمیر جوهرزدائیشده کاغذهای باطله مخلوط اداری (DIP) بهعنوان الیاف بازیافتی، در محیط قلیایی و با استفاده از مونوکلرو استیک اسید (MCA) بهعنوان عامل اتریساز و تحت شرایط مشخصی؛ کربوکسی متیلدار شدند. ترکیب شیمیایی خمیرها مشتمل بر میزان آلفاسلولز، همیسلولز، لیگنین، مواد استخراجی و خاکستر، ظرفیت نگهداری آب، گرانروی ذاتی، میزان گروههای کربوکسیل و pH تعیین گردید. میزان آلفاسلولز بهعنوان مهمترین ویژگی مشتقسازی در خمیر DIP %66/84 و در خمیر باگاس %33/71 و ترکیبات غیرپلیساکاریدی (شامل لیگنین، مواد استخراجی و خاکستر) در خمیر DIP %92/5 و در خمیر باگاس %36/2 اندازهگیری شد. کربوکسی متیلدار کردن سلولز انجام و درجه جایگزینی (DS)، گرانروی، خلوص، pH و بازده CMC تولیدی نیز تعیین و وابسته به منشا خمیر سلولزی تشخیص دادهشد. ویسکوزیته و خلوص CMC تولیدی از خمیر DIP (به ترتیب981 سانتیپوآز و 93%) بیشتر از CMC تولیدی از خمیر باگاس (به ترتیب680 سانتیپوآز و %33/87) اندازهگیری شد که به میزان بالاتر آلفاسلولز آن نسبت دادهشد. در حالیکه بازده و DS در CMC تولیدی از خمیر باگاس (به ترتیب %8/168 و 57/0) در مقایسه با CMC تولیدی از خمیر DIP (به ترتیب %155و 45/0) بالاتر ارزیابی گردید، که از درجه کریستالیته و جرم مولکولی پائینتر ترکیبات باگاس نشات میگیرد و منجر به ورود و جایگزینشدن بیشتر گروههای کربوکسیلی میگردد. در مجموع، منابع خمیرهای سلولزی بومی میتوانند بهعنوان گزینههای ممکن و در دسترس برای تولید مشتقات سلولزی مدنظر قرارگرفته و منجر به حل مشکلات ناشی از کمبود منابع الیاف گردد.

بررسی اثر چوب کششی بر زبری چوب صنوبر و اصلاح آن به روش بخارگرمایی
در این تحقیق، اثر چوب کششی بر زبری چوب صنوبر در دو مقطع شعاعی و مماسی و نیز امکان کاهش زبری آن با روش بخار گرمایی در دمای 120 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 30 و 60 دقیقه موردبررسی قرار گرفت. پتانسیل استفاده از تکنیک اندازهگیری زبری برای شناسایی ماکروسکوپی چوب کششی یکی از اهداف مهم این تحقیق بود. قبل از اندازهگیری زبری و بهمنظور نمونهبرداری دقیق، شناسایی چوب کششی با استفاده از معرف هرزبرگ و مطالعات میکروسکوپی انجام شد. زبری نمونهها در رطوبت تعادل 12 درصد به روش پروفیلومتر سوزنی اندازهگیری شده و کیفیت سطح نمونهها نیز با استفاده از استریومیکروسکوپ، موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج اندازهگیری زبری نشان دادند که تفاوت معنیداری بین پارامترهای زبری چوب کششی و نرمال در هر دو مقطع شعاعی و مماسی موردمطالعه وجود ندارد. در مقابل، مطالعات با استریومیکروسکوپ بهوضوح پرزدار بودن سطح چوب کششی را نشان داد. بخار گرمایی به مدت 30 دقیقه تأثیر منفی بر زبری سطح هر دو نوع چوب داشت ولی تیمار به مدت 60 دقیقه موجب کاهش زبری سطح هر دو نوع چوب شد. درمجموع، میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که اندازهگیری زبری سطح نمیتواند بهعنوان یک روش مناسب برای شناسایی غیر مخرب چوب کششی در گونه صنوبر مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

بررسی افزودن نانو ذرات رس و سازگارکننده بر خواص چندسازه حاصل از آرد چوب تاغ (Haloxlon)/ پلیپروپیلن
این تحقیق، با هدف بررسی تأثیر نانو ذرات رس و مقدار ماده سازگار کننده روی ویژگیهای فیزیکی و مکانیکی چندسازه چوب پلاستیک حاصل از آرد چوب تاغ/ پلیپروپیلن انجام گردید. بدین منظور، آرد چوب تاغ با نسبت وزنی 50 درصد با پلیپروپیلن مخلوط گردید. مالئیک انیدرید پلیپروپیلنی بهعنوان سازگار کننده در دو سطح 0 و 3 درصد و ذرات نانو رس در سه سطح 0، 2 و 4 درصد بهعنوان پرکننده مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. فرآیند اختلاط مواد در داخل دستگاه اکسترودر انجام شد و نمونههای آزمونی با استفاده از دستگاه قالبگیری تزریقی ساخته شدند. سپس آزمونهای مکانیکی شامل خمش، کشش و ضربه و آزمونهای فیزیکی شامل جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت مطابق با استانداردهای ASTM بر روی نمونهها انجام گرفت. جهت بررسی نحوه عملکرد ماده سازگار کننده از طیفسنجی (FTIR) استفاده گردید. مطالعه ریختشناسی نانو چندسازهها با استفاده از آزمون اشعه ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی (SEM) انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که با افزودن مقدار نانو رس تا 4 درصد، خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی بهبود یافت، اما مقاومت به ضربه کاهش یافت. همچنین با افزودن ماده سازگار کننده خصوصیات مکانیکی و فیزیکی بهبود یافت. نتایج طیفسنجی مادونقرمز نشان داد که با افزودن سازگار کننده مقدار گروههای هیدروکسیل در اثر پیوند با مالئیکانیدرید و تشکیل گروههای استری کاهش یافت. همچنین بررسی ریختشناسی نانو چندسازه به کمک روش پراش اشعه ایکس نشان داد که توزیع ذرات نانو رس درزمینه پلیمری از نوع بین لایهای بوده و با افزایش مقدار نانو رس، فاصله بین لایهها افزایش مییابد. نتایج حاصل از میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی نیز حاکی از بهبود در فصل مشترک بین الیاف و ماتریس پلیمری با افزودن سازگار کننده بود.

تاثیر خمیرسازی شیمیایی باگاس و جفتکننده روی خواص فیزیکی-مکانیکی چندسازههای حاصل از خمیرکاغذ باگاس/ پلیاتیلنسبک
در این تحقیق تأثیر تقویتکنندگی الیاف بکر و الیاف حاصل از خمیرسازی شیمیایی باگاس و بهکارگیری جفت کننده MAPE بر خواص فیزیکی-مکانیکی چندسازههای چوب-پلاستیک بر پایه پلیاتیلن سبک موردبررسی قرار گرفت. الیاف باگاس از منطقه تحقیقاتی خوزستان تهیهشده و پس از بررسی خواص شیمیایی و آناتومی خمیرهای مختلف شیمیایی شامل خمیرکاغذهای مونواتانولآمین (MEA)، سولفیتقلیایی-آنتراکینون (AS)، سودا رنگبری نشده (UNS) و رنگبریشده (BS) از آن تهیه گردید. سپس چندسازهها با مقدار 30% وزنی الیاف بهوسیله اکسترودر دومارپیچ و قالبگیری پرسی ساخته شدند. ویژگیهای فیزیکی-مکانیکی این چندسازهها مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرارگرفته و با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در طی خمیرکاغذسازی شیمیایی بخشی از لیگنین و همیسلولزها حل میشود بنابراین قابلیت اتصال و نسبت ابعاد الیاف باگاس بهبود یافته و درنتیجه الیاف خمیرکاغذ باگاس نسبت به الیاف باگاس خام دارای قابلیت تقویتکنندگی بهتری هستند. بهترین خواص بهوسیله الیاف خمیرکاغذ مونواتانولآمین و سولفیت قلیایی-آنتراکینون حاصل شد. افزودن 5% وزنی جفت کننده MAPE (مالدئیکانیدرید پلیاتیلن) بهطور معنیداری مقاومت کششی، مدول کششی، مقاومت به ضربه و واکشیدگی ضخامت را بهبود میدهد که باعث انتقال مؤثر تنش از ماتریس به الیاف تقویتکننده محکم میشود.

مقایسه عملکرد کاتالیزورهای مختلف در اصلاح شیمیایی چوب صنوبر با گلوتارآلدئید
در این پژوهش اثر کاتالیزورهای مختلف در اصلاح شیمیایی چوب صنوبر با گلوتارآلدئید و خواص فیزیکی فرآورده حاصل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اسید هیدروکلریک و نمکهای محلول در آب کلریدروی، کلریدکلسیم، کلریدآمونیوم، کلریدمنیزیم به میزان 5/12 درصد و نمکهای اکسیدآلومینیوم، اکسیدسیلیس و نانوکسیدروی به میزان 1درصد برمبنای وزن گلوتارآلدئید استفاده شدند. پس از 48ساعت گرمادهی در آون، افزایشوزن ناشی از اصلاح برای کاتالیزورهای کلریدمنیزیم، نانوکسیدروی، اکسیدسیلیس، اکسیدآلومینیوم، کلریدروی، کلریدآمونیوم، کلریدکلسیم و اسیدهیدروکلریک بهترتیب 15/14، 57/12، 62/10، 69/8، 51/8، 19/7، 97/5 و 41/5درصد محاسبه شدند. خواص فیزیکی نمونههای اصلاح شده از جمله جذب آب، واکشیدگی حجمی و کارایی ضدواکشیدگی متعاقب 24 ساعت غوطهوری در آب محاسبهگردید. بیشترین و کمترین میزان حجیمکنندگی در سطح اصلاحشده با کلریدمنیزیم به مقدار 98/6 و اسیدهیدروکلریک با میانگین 37/2درصد اندازهگیریشد. دانسیتهی سطح حاوی کاتالیزور کلرید-منیزیم با میانگین g/cm3 55/0، بیشترین افزایش را نسبت به شاهد نشانداد. در مقایسه بین سطوح اصلاح، بیشترین و کمترین جذب آب در سطح اصلاحشده با کاتالیزور اسیدهیدروکلریک به مقدار 61/79درصد و سطح حاوی کاتالیزور کلریدمنیزیم با میانگین 32/45 درصد محاسبهگردید. اسیدهیدروکلریک به علت خاصیت اسیدی میتواند موجب شکسته شدن پیوندهای اتری ساختار همی-استال و حتی استال گردد. سطح اصلاحشده با کاتالیزور کلریدمنیزیم در مقایسه با سایر کاتالیزورهای مورد استفاده، بهترین نتیجه را نشان داد. این احتمال وجود دارد که منیزیم طی تشکیل کمپلکس با اکسیژن، باعث فعالشدن گروههای کربونیل گلوتارآلدئید و تشکیل پیوندهای عرضی شود.

نقش دانه بندی آرد سویا و اسیدیته در چسبندگی چسب سویا
در این پژوهش نقش دانهبندی آرد سویا و اسیدیته چسب حاصل از آرد سویا بر چسبندگی چسب حاصل از آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور ذرات آرد سویا در سه سطح با اندازههای مش 60، 100 و 140 الک شدند. برای دستیابی به اسیدیتههای گوناگون چسب سویا از هیدروکسید سدیم و اسید سولفوریک استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که دانه بندی ذرات آرد سویا بر مقاومت برشی تخته لایه موثر است. با کوچکتر شدن اندازه ذرات آرد سویا، مقاومت برشی نیز افزایش یافت. به نحوی که تخته لایههای ساخته شده با چسب سویا با ذرات آرد اندازه مش 140 نسبت به نمونه های دیگر از مقاومت برشی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. همچنین افزایش اسیدیته چسب آرد سویا با هیدروکسید سدیم سبب افزایش مقاومت برشی تخته لایه ها گردید. تخته لایه های ساخته شده با چسب سویا در مقایسه با تخته های ساخته شده با چسب اوره فرمآلدهید، از مقاومت برشی کمتری برخوردار بودند؛ ولی در مقایسه با استاندارد 314-EN مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.

بررسی تأثیر ارتفاع از سطح دریا بر رفتار خزش خمشی چوب ممرز (مطالعه موردی، رویشگاه ماشلک نوشهر)
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف ارتفاع از سطح دریا، بر رفتار خزش خمشی چوب ممرز انجام گرفت. بدین منظور 9 درخت در 3 کلاسه ارتفاعی 400، 800 و 1100 متری از سطح دریا از طرح جنگلداری ماشلک نوشهر انتخاب گردید. 54 نمونه کاملا˝ سالم به ابعاد 41×5/2×5/2 سانتیمتر از چوب بالغ گردهبینههای بریده شده در ارتفاع برابر سینه، تهیه و در اتاق کلیماتیزه با شرایط رطوبت نسبی 65 درصد و دمای 3 20 درجه سانتیگراد قرار داده شد. بعد از 3 هفته متعادلسازی، خزش نسبی و مدول خزش نمونهها در 20 درصد حداکثر بار شکست با استفاده از آزمون خزش خمشی چهار نقطهای در همان شرایط اتاق کلیماتیزه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که، تأثیر ارتفاع از سطح دریا بر پارامترهای خزش معنیدار است بطوریکه بالاترین و پائینترین خزش نسبی به ترتیب در دو ارتفاع 800 و 400 متر و بالاترین و پائینترین مدول خزش به ترتیب در دو کلاسه ارتفاعی 400 و 800 متری از سطح دریا مشاهده شد. نتایج آزمون تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ارتفاع از سطح دریا تأثیر معنیداری بر مدول گسیختگی و مدول الاستیسیته دارد، همچنین افزایش آنها موجب کاهش پارامترهای خزش گردید.

تاثیر فورفوریلاسیون بر خواص فیزیکی و کیفیت سطح دو گونه راش و نراد
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر فورفوریلاسیون بر جذب آب، واکشیدگی ضخامت، زاویه تماس و زبری سطح در دو گونه راش (Fagus orientalis) و نراد (Abies alba) انجام گرفت. بدین منظور فورفوریلاسیون آزمونههای چوب راش و نراد با دو مقدار متفاوت در دو سطح انجام شده و با آزمونههای شاهد مقایسه شدند. فورفوریلاسیون نمونهها با اشباع تحت فشار و پلیمریزاسیون منومر فورفوریل الکل با کاتالیزور حرارت انجام شد. جهت بررسی جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت نمونههای آزمونی تحت غوطهوری طولانی مدت قرار گرفته و مقادیر تغییرات ابعادی آنها در زمانهای مختلف تعیین گردید. همچنین آزمونهای زبری سطح و زاویه تماس قطره انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند که با افزایش سطح فورفوریلاسیون میزان جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت کاهش یافت. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند با فورفوریلاسیون و افزایش سطح آن زاویه تماس قطره کاهش و زبری سطح افزایش یافتند.

اصلاح الیاف وازده خمیرکاغذ NSSC با روش لایه نشانی و بررسی تأثیر آن بر خواص کاغذ
در این تحقیق، اصلاح الیاف وازده خمیرکاغذ نیمه شیمیایی سولفیت خنثی (NSSC) با استفاده از روش لایه نشانی لایه به لایه و با تشکیل چندلایههای پلیمری نشاسته انجام گرفت. پس از جداسازی الیاف و تهیه سوسپانسیون الیاف با درصد خشکی 5/0درصد و ایجاد هدایت الکتریکی حدود 437 µS/cm با افزودن محلول آبی یک میلی مول کلرید سدیم، آزمایشهای تیمار الیاف برای تشکیل لایههای پلیمری (تا 5 لایه متوالی) انجام شد. در ادامه، شاخص نگهداری آب (WRV) در نمونهها جهت ارزیابی تأثیر این روش بر میزان آب-دوستی الیاف اندازهگیری شد. سپس از این الیاف کاغذهای دست ساز استاندارد (3±60 گرم بر مترمربع) تهیه و ویژگی های فیزیکی و مقاومتی آنها بهعنوان تابعی از تعداد لایه های لایه نشانی شده بر روی الیاف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با تیمار الیاف وازده خمیرکاغذ NSSC با روش لایه به لایه، بهعلت افزایش جذب الکترواستاتیکی نشاسته، شاخص نگهداری آب الیاف افزایش یافت. تغییرات متوالی بصورت افزایش دانسیته ظاهری و کاهش ضخامت کاغذ نیز تشکیل چندلایه های پلیمر نشاسته بر روی الیاف وازده را تأیید میکند. تشکیل این چندلایهها بر روی الیاف وازده سبب توسعه قابل ملاحظه شاخصهای مقاومت به کشش (از N.m/g21/13 به N.m/g65/30) و مقاومت به ترکیدن (ازkPa.m2/g 1/23 به kPa.m2/g 36/2) شده است. تصاویر الکترونی تهیه شده نیز فشرده شدن بافت کاغذ و توسعه مقاومتهای کاغذ را در اثر افزایش قابلیت پیوندیابی بین الیاف تأیید میکند.

شناسایی و اولویت بندی فاکتورهای تاثیرگذار بر مصرف تولیدات چوبی صنوبرهای رویشگاه های مختلف ایران در صنعت کاغذ سازی
با توجه به افزایش جمعیت، تقاضا برای مصرف چوب با اهداف گوناگونی که برای آن متصور است درحال افزایش است. سرعت شتابان پیشرفت علم و فناوری، افزایش مصرف چوب را بهطور مضاعف در پیش رو قرار داد. تامین این نیاز در نگاه نخست، از دیر باز معطوف به جنگلها بود. جنگلها به دلایل عدیده با کاهش تولید روبرو شده و این نیاز فراوان به چوب، با کشت درختان تند رشد(صنوبر، اکالیپتوس، پائولونیا ...) تحت عنوان زراعت چوب ممکن میباشد. یکی از صنایع پر مصرف چوب، صنعت کاغذ سازی است که سالیانه به منابع فراوان ماده اولیه چوبی نیاز دارند.این صنعت با رویکرد مصرف چوب صنوبر، میتوانند به فعالیتهای تولیدی ادامه دهند. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی خواص کاربردی چوب صنوبر با نمونهگیری به روش آزمون غیرمخرب در صنعت تولید کاغذ انجام شد. رویشگاه-های صنوبر در مناطقی از کشور که زراعت صنوبر رواج گسترده ای دارند، انتخاب شدند. برای جانمایی تولیدات رویشگاههای مختلف در صنعت کاغذ سازی، به روش فرآیند تحلیل سسله مراتبی (AHP) در نرم افزارExpertchoice 11 انجام گردید. جهت مطالعات میدانی این تحقیق، پرسشنامهها برای کارشناسان و اساتید دانشگاهها با تخصص ویژه در این صنعت تنظیم و ارسال گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد: در این صنعت از میان پنج شاخص اصلی تاثیر گذار در تولید خمیر و کاغذ، ویژگی مورفولوژی فیبر با درجه وزنی (0.435)، نخستین اولویت شناخته شد. جانمایی تولیدات با درجات وزنی آنها به ترتیب اولویت ساری (0.240)، فومن (0.236)، لشتنشاء (0.182)، ابهر (0.174) و زنجان (0.168) تعیین شدند.

بررسی رفتار خزش بلند مدت صفحات مرکب چوبی در قفسه های کتابخانه
در این پژوهش به بررسی رفتار خزشی صفحات فشرده چوبی استفاده شده در ساخت طبقات قفسه های کتابخانه پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور از دو نوع فرآورده مرکب چوبی (تخته فیبر با دانسیتیه متوسط و تخته خرده چوب) و سه نوع پوشش روی صفحات شامل: روکش مصنوعی (ملامینه)، روکش طبیعی و بدون روکش (خام) و دو نوع اتصال ثابت و جدا شدنی استفاده گردید. از ترکیب عوامل متغیر و سطوح آنها در مجموع 48 تخته تهیه گردید. ابعاد تخته ها مطابق اندازه واقعی قفسه کتابخانه و به اندازه 300×1000 میلیمتر در نظر گرفته شد. آزمون خزش خمشی با مقدار بار 5/23 کیلوگرم در وسط نمونه های تهیه شده اعمال گردید. مشاهدات خیز طی 155 روز در فواصل زمانی مختلف انجام گردید. نتایج حاکی از این بود که اثرات نوع فرآورده چوبی و نوع روکش بر روی رفتار خزشی کاملا محسوس بوده بطوریکه فرآورده چوبی از نوع MDF خزش کمتری نسبت به تخته خرده چوب داشت و میزان خزش در صفحات چوبی روکش شده با روکش طبیعی کمتر از دیگر تیمارها بود. همچنین اثر نوع اتصال بر روی رفتار خزشی محسوس بوده ولی این اثر کمتر از نوع تخته و نوع روکش ها بر روی خزش می باشد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می گردد که به منظور افزایش عمر قفسه های کتاب بهتر است طبقات آنها از جنس MDF روکش شده با روکش طبیعی ساخته شود و این طبقات به طور ثابت بر روی زیر سری چسبانده شود.

تاثیر تیمار شیمیایی آرد چوب بر روی برخی از خواص کامپوزیت چوب پلاستیک
این تحقیق، با هدف بررسی تاثیر تیمار شیمیایی آرد چوب بر روی برخی از خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و مورفولوژیکی کامپوزیت چوب پلاستیک انجام گردید. تیمار شیمیایی آرد چوب در 7 سطح بدون تیمار، استیلاسیون، بنزیلاسیون، مرسریزاسیون، هیدروکسید منیزیم، هیدروکسید کلسیم و تیمار آب گرم به عنوان عامل متغیر در نظر گرفته شد. برای سنجیدن شدت واکنش آرد چوب با مواد شیمیایی، درصد تغیررات وزن (WPG) محاسبه گردید. پس از انجام تیمار شیمیایی، آرد چوب با نسبت وزنی 60 درصد با پلیپروپیلن به همراه phc 4 جفتکننده مالئیک انیدرید پلیپروپیلنی در داخل دستگاه اکسترودر مخلوط شد و نمونههای آزمونی با استفاده از دستگاه قالبگیری تزریقی ساخته شدند. سپس آزمونهای مکانیکی شامل خمش، کشش و ضربه و آزمونهای فیزیکی شامل جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت بر روی نمونهها مطابق با استاندارد (ASTM) انجام گرفت. همچنین به منظور بررسی ریختشناسی کامپوزیتها از میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی (SEM) استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در اثر تیمار شیمیایی آرد چوب، خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیتهای چوب پلاستیک افزایش یافتند در حالی که جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت کاهش یافتند. در اثر انجام تیمار شیمیایی آرد چوب وزن آرد چوب افزایش یافت و بیشترین درصد تغییرات وزن مربوط به تیمار بنزیلاسیون بود. همچنین نتایج حاصل از میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی حاکی از بهبود در فصل مشترک بین الیاف و ماتریس پلیمری در اثر تیمار شیمیایی بود، به طوری که در نمونههای تیمار شده بیرونزدگی الیاف از داخل ماتریس مشاهده نشد.

روشی جدید برای اصلاح سلولز در محیط آبی با استفاده از شیمی آلکوکسی سیلان
اصلاح سطح پلیمر سلولز در زمینه شیمی ترکیبات تجدیدپذیر دارای نقشی بسیار مهم و اساسی میباشد. در این تحقیق، میکروکریستالین سلولز (آویسل) با استفاده از یک ترکیب آلکوکسی سیلان تحت شرایط ملایم، در دمای محیط، در آب و با استفاده از مقادیر کاتالیزوری هیدروکسید سدیم تحت تیمار قرار گرفت. (3-مرکپتوپروپیل)-تری متوکسی سیلان در سه غلظت µmol/mL 1614، 1074، 535 (به ترتیب معادل با µL 300، 200، 100 سیلان) بر روی سلولز پیوندزنی شد و ساختار سلولز اصلاح شده با استفاده از طیفسنجی FTIR، 13C NMR و 29Si NMR جامد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. افزایش غلظت آلکوکسی سیلان از µmol/mL 535 به µmol/mL 1074 سبب افزایش میزان تشکیل پلهای سیلوکسان بین مولکولهای سیلان با کربنهای سلولز شده است در حالیکه با افزایش سیلان به مقدار بیشتر و از µmol/mL 1074 به µmol/mL 1614، نسبت میزان پلهای سیلوکسان تشکیل شده بین مولکولهای سیلان با یکدیگر در مقایسه با نسبت این پلها با اتمهای کربن سلولز، افزایش یافت، به نحوی که درصد آن از 34 درصد در میزان سیلان µL 200 به 66 درصد در میزان سیلان µL 300 افزایش یافت.

ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی فرآیند تولید مبلمان راحتی با استفاده از تکنیک ارزیابی چرخه حیات (LCA)
صنعت مبلمان سالیانه باعث انتشار حجم زیادی مواد فرار آلی که ناشی از استفاده از انواع چسبها، پارچه، رنگها و مواد پوششی است، به محیط زیست میشود. برای اندازهگیری میزان آلودگی چند روش وجود دارد که یکی از بهترین آنها ارزیابی چرخه حیات است. ارزیابی چرخه حیات تکنیکی است که در آن اثرات زیستمحیطی مرتبط با یک محصول، در کل چرخه حیاتش ارزیابی شده و در نهایت برای بهبود فرآیندهای تولید و جلوگیری از اثرات نامطلوب زیست محیطی آن مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. به طور خلاصه، می توان بیان نمود که استفاده از این تکنیک، اساسی برای توسعه پایدار و بهبود شاخصهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با فراهم آوردن دادههای سیاهه چرخه زندگی فرآیند تولید مبلمان راحتی در دو واحد تولیدی مجزا (B1 و B2) در استان تهران، به تجزیه و تحلیل زیست محیطی جریان تولید این فرآورده (به صورت دروازه تا دروازه ) می-پردازد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که به طور کلی میزان انتشار آلودگی واحد تولیدی B1 بیشتر از واحد تولیدی B2 بوده است که علت آن انجام مراحل برشکاری و مونتاژ کلاف مبلمان در داخل همان واحد تولیدی میباشد. همچنین مشخص گردید بیشترین عامل اثر گذار مربوط به تولید و استفاده از پارچه و پس از آن تولید فوم پلی اورتان میباشد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد تولید مبلمان راحتی بیشترین تاثیر را روی کیفیت اکوسیستم و بعد از آن به ترتیب بر روی سلامت انسان و منابع (سوختهای فسیلی و معادن) میگذارد.
