بررسی اثر شرایط پرس بر خصوصیات تخته خرده چوب ساخته شده با چسب طبیعی تانن متراکم میموزا
در این بررسی تاثیر شرایط پرس بر روی تخته خرده چوبهای سبز و دوستدار محیط زیست، ساخته شده از چسب طبیعی تانن متراکم گونه میموزا مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. دمای پرس ثابت و 200 درجه سانتیگراد در نظر گرفته شد. زمان پرس در چهار سطح 3، 4، 5 و 7 دقیقه و فشار پرس در سه سطح 15، 18 و 22 کیلوگرم بر سانتیمتر مربع به عنوان عوامل متغیر در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین تیمار از نظر مقاومت چسبندگی داخلی و واکشیدگی ضخامتی تیماری است که در فشار پرس 18 کیلوگرم بر سانتیمتر مربع و زمان 5 دقیقه انجام گرفته است. در این تیمار مقدار مقاومت چسبندگی داخلی 0.59 مگا پاسکال به دست آمد و درصد واکشیدگی ضخامت ( 2 و 24 ساعت) نسبت به سایر تیمارها کمتر بود. نتایج مربوط به محاسبه جذب آب نشان داد که میزان جذب آب با افزایش فشار پرس تا سطح 22 کیلو گرم بر سانتی متر مربع کاهش می یابد. .

مطالعه و ارزیابی جاذبه های اثرگذار بر کسب فرصت های حاصل از برون سپاری خارجی در صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران
امروزه بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه بهدنبال استفاده از فرصتهای برونسپاری کشورهای پیشرفته میباشند، چرا که تحقق این امر مزایای فراوانی برای آنان به دنبال خواهد داشت. در همین راستا، تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی جاذبههای تاثیرگذار بر کسب منافع حاصل از برونسپاری خارجی در صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران، با استفاده از رویکرد غیرپارامتریک تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ایاچپی بهعنوان یکی از معتبرترین روشهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره، اجرا شده است. برای این منظور در مرحله نخست، پس از مطالعات تطبیقی و همچنین انجام مصاحبه با کارشناسان داخلی و خارجی، معیارهای تاثیرگذار شناسایی، گروهبندی و در نهایت درخت تصمیمگیری مسئله ترسیم گردید. در گام بعد، دادههای مورد نیاز جهت اولویتبندی معیارها در قالب پرسشنامه استاندارد و بر مبنای مقایسات زوجی جمعآوری و در نهایت مراحل محاسباتی آن در نرمافزار اکسپرتچویس انجام شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که زیرمعیارهای "برخورداری از مزیت نرخ برابری ارز"، "ثبات اقتصادی در کشور مقصد"، "نرخ تورم"، "هزینه دستمزد نیروی انسانی"،"هزینه تامین مواد اولیه"،" کیفیت زیرساختهای نرمافزاری و سختافزاری تکنولوژیک در صنعت مبلمان"، کیفیت و مهارت نیروی کار و صنایع جانبی و بالادستی توسعه یافته بهترتیب در زمره مهمترین معیارهای اثرگذار بر کسب فرصتهای برونسپاری در صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران به شمار میآیند.

ارزیابی غیر مخرب ویژگیهای آکوستیکی و مکانیکی کمپوزیتهای ساخته شده از باگاس با استفاده از آزمون ارتعاش خمشی (کارخانه لوح سبز و کارون جنوب)
این تحقیق پتانسیل آزمون ارتعاش خمشی بعنوان یک آزمون غیر مخرب در ارزیابی ویژگیهای آکوستیکی و مکانیکی چندسازه های ساخته شده از باگاس (تفاله نیشکر) را مورد بررسی قرار داد. بدین منظور از 4 ورق کاملا سالم و بدون عیب تخته فیبر دانسیته متوسط (MDF) از محصولات کارخانه لوح سبز شوشتر و همچنین 4 ورق تخته خرده چوب (PB) ساخته شده از باگاس از محصولات کارخانه نئوپان کارون، 40 نمونه با ابعاد 6.1×4×36 سانتی متر تهیه و برای انجام آزمون غیر مخرب مذکور آماده و با نتایج حاصله از آزمون استاتیک مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که رفتار آکوستیکی نمونه های تخته خرده چوب متفاوت با نمونه های تخته فیبر بود. به طوریکه فرکانس رزونانس، سرعت موج، فاکتور کیفیت و ضریب آکوستیک در تخته خرده چوب به طور معنی داری بیشتر از مقادیر آن در تخته فیبر اندازه گیری شد. از طرفی اصطکاک داخلی موج در تخته خرده چوب کمتر و کارایی آکوستیک در هر دو نمونه تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد. در رابطه با ارزیابی مکانیکی تخته خرده چوب و تخته فیبر ساخته شده از باگاس، نتایج نشان داد که میانگین مقادیر مدول الاستیسیته حاصل از آزمون ارتعاش خمشی از مقادیر استاتیکی آن در تخته فیبر 15 درصد و در تخته خرده چوب 6 درصد بیشتر بود. در این تحقیق همچنین مشخص شد که دانسیته همبستگی مستقیم و قوی با سرعت موج و مدول الاستیسیته دارد اما این همبستگی در رابطه با سایر پارامترهای آکوستیکی در هر دو ماده مورد آزمایش، معکوس مشاهده گردید. همبستگی بالای بین مدول الاستیسیته استاتیک و دینامیک (0.71) و همچنین مدول گسیختگی استاتیک و مدول الاستیسیته دینامیک (0.44) این مسئله را نشان می دهد که آزمون ارتعاش خمشی ابزار مناسبی برای ارزیابی رفتار مکانیکی تخته فیبر دانسیته متوسط ساخته شده از باگاس است اما همبستگی در تخته خرده چوب ساخته شده مشاهده نگردید.

در این تحقیق، خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته لایه ساخته شده از چوب صنوبر تبریزی با چسب اوره فرمالدهید همراه با نانو فیبر سلولزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از نانو فیبر سلولزی به عنوان ماده پرکننده در پنج سطح 0، 1، 3، 5 و 7 درصد وزن خشک رزین استفاده شد. خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی نمونههای آزمونی شامل جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت بعد از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطهوری در آب، مقاومت خمشی و مدول الاستیسیته موازی و عمود بر الیاف لایه سطحی و مقاومت برشی در سطح اتصال اندازهگیری شد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان می دهد که افزایش میزان نانو فیبر سلولزی موجب افزایش پایداری ابعادی تخته ها شده است. همچنین مقاومت خمشی و مدول الاستیسیته موازی با الیاف لایه سطحی، همراه با افزایش مصرف نانوسلولز، افزایش داشته است. از سوی دیگر افرایش میزان مصرف نانو سلولز موجب افزایش مقاومت برشی نمونه ها شده است اما اختلاف معنیداری بین سطوح مختلف تیمار ها مشاهده نشد.

بررسی خواص فیزیکی و بیومتری چوب ال اسبی (Evonymus latifolia ) در منطقه رویشگاهی چمستان نور
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی خواص فیزیکی و بیومتری چوب ال اسبی در جهتهای طولی و عرضی درخت صورت پذیرفت. برای این منظور تعداد سه اصله درخت سالم الاسبی در منطقه رویشگاهی چمستان نور انتخاب و از هر درخت، سه دیسک به ضخامت 5 سانتیمتری از ارتفاع 1.30، 3 و 5 متری از ارتفاع درختان تهیه شد. سه نمونه چوبی در جهت عرضی درخت از مغز به سمت پوست به ازای هر دیسک بریده و سپس خواص فیزیکی (دانسیته بحرانی و همکشیدگی حجمی)، خواص بیومتری (طول الیاف، قطر الیاف و ضخامت دیواره سلولی) و ضرایب مورفولوژیکی با نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تاثیر مستقل جهتهای طولی و عرضی بر همکشیدگی حجمی، طول الیاف، قطر الیاف و ضخامت یک دیواره سلولی معنیدار است. ارتباط معنیدار بین جهت عرضی با دانسیته بحرانی در چوب ال اسبی مشاهده شده است. میانگین دانسیته بحرانی، همکشیدگی حجمی، طول الیاف، قطر الیاف و ضخامت دیواره سلولی چوب ال اسبی به ترتیب 0.558 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب، 18.21 درصد، 1.316 میلیمتر، 25.02میکرومتر، 7.24 میکرومتر محاسبه شد. ضرایب مورفولوژی الیاف چوب ال اسبی شامل ضریب درهمرفتگی 53.19، ضریب انعطافپذیری 42.06 درصد، ضریب رانکل 1.41، ضریب سفتی 28.96 درصد و شاخص Luce's shape 0.698 تعیین شد. روند تغییرات طولی خواص فیزیکی و ابعاد الیاف چوب الاسبی از پایین به بالای درخت نزولی و با افزایش فاصله از مغز درخت صعودی است.

تاثیر نانو ذرات اکسید آهن اصلاح شده بر خواص مغناطیسی، حرارتی و مکانیک- دینامیکی فیلم های آمیخته نانوسلولز/ پلی وینیل الکل
این پژوهش به منظور مطالعه تاثیر نانوذرات اکسیدآهن اصلاح شده(MINP) و نانوکریستال سلولز(NCC) بر روی خواص مغناطیسی، حرارتی و مکانیکی- دینامیکی نانوکامپوزیت های پلیوینیلالکلی طراحی شد. نانوذرات Fe3O4 با روش شیمیایی هم-رسوبی تهیه گردید. فیلم های نانوکامپوزیت با روش قالب گیری حلال تهیه شده و با تکنیک های مغناطیسسنجی نمونه ارتعاشی(VSM)، آزمون گرماسنجیروبشیتفاضلی(DSC) و آنالیز مکانیکی- دینامیکی(DMA) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون گرماسنجی روبشی تفاضلی مشخص کرد که با اضافه کردن نانوذرات، دمای تبدیل شیشه بطور اندک به دماهای بالاتر افزایش یافت. با این وجود درجه تبلور و دمای ذوب کاهش نشان داد. آنالیز مکانیکی- دینامیکی آشکار ساخت که در دماهای بالا بهبود خواص مکانیکی در اثر حضور نانوذرات، چشمگیر است. افزودن نانوذرات منجر به افزایش پایداری حرارتی پلیوینیلالکل و کاهش تحرک پذیری مولکول های ماده زمینه از طریق تشکیل پیوندهای هیدروژنی قوی بین اجزای نانوکامپوزیت شد. نتایج نشان داد که MINP و NCC در بهبود خواص پلیوینیلالکل اثر هم افزا دارند. یافته های آزمون VSM مشخص کرد که مغناطیس اشباع(Ms) نانوذرات اکسیدآهن بعد از اصلاح شیمیایی کاهش یافت. این مسئله به تشکیل پوشش هیدروکسی آپاتیت بر روی سطح نانوذرات اکسیدآهن نسبت داده شد. مغناطیس اشباع فیلم های PVA- MINPنسبت به فیلم های PVA-MINP- NCC بالاتر بود. این مسئله احتمالا ناشی از مقدار بیشتر ذرات مغناطیسی در فیلم های PVA- MINPاست.

شناسایی پارامترهای کیفی و کمی کاغذسازی الیاف خمیر OCC
امروزه رقابت زیادی برای تولید کاغذهای بسته بندی از الیاف بازیافتی وجود دارد. امّا موفقیت در این رقابت در گرو بهبود ویژگیهای مقاومتی آن است. لذا زمانیکه صحبت از الیاف بازیافتی به میان می آید، اولین و مهمترین چالش مناسب سازی آن برای خمیر وکاغذسازی است. جهت دستیابی به این هدف اطلاعات کمی و کیفی کاغذسازی الیاف کاغذهای باطله کمک زیادی خواهد نمود. از اینرو در این تحقیق، برخی پارامترهای کاغذسازی همچون میانگین و توزیع طولی الیاف، نوع و میزان خمیر و نیز میزان نشاسته موجود در الیاف بازیافتی OCC مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که الیاف آن دارای پراکنش نایکنواخت طولی و بیش از 85 درصد الیاف، میانگین طول کمتر از یک میلی متر و در دامنة 0.65-0.47 میلی متر دارند. بی شک، این نایکنواختی توزیع طول الیاف و میانگین پایین آن باعث افت ویژگیهای مقاومتی کاغذ خواهد شد. رنگ آمیزی الیاف با معرف رنگی Graff ″C″ نشان داد که بخش عمده الیاف و در حدود 72.91 درصد مربوط به خمیر کرافت و بیشتر از منابع سوزنی برگ (33.33 درصد) می باشد. همچنین مقدار نشاسته استخراج شده از کاغذ 0.25±2.32 درصد اندازه گیری شد. باید درنظر داشت این مقدار نشاسته می تواند در فرآیند بازیافت، تعادل بار الکتریکی پایانه تر ماشین کاغذ را شدیداً تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.

تاثیر اختلاط چوب گونه غان بر ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی خمیرکاغذ شیمیایی- مکانیکی تهیه شده از گونههای جنگلی
در این تحقیق، تاثیر اختلاط گونه غان با دو گونه جنگلی ممرز و راش بر ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی خمیرکاغذهای شیمیایی مکانیکی تهیه شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شرایط ثابت پخت شامل درجه حرارت 170 درجه سانتیگراد، نسبت مایع پخت به خردهچوب 7 به 1 و درصد ماده شیمیایی20% براساس وزن خشک خردهچوب بودند. خمیرکاغذهای شیمیایی مکانیکی بر اساس رسیدن به بازده ثابت 85% (بازده خمیرکاغذ کارخانه)، در زمانهای متفاوت پخت از30 تا120 دقیقه با 10، 20، 30 و 100 درصد غان در ترکیب با دو گونه جنگلی راش و ممرز تهیه شد. پس از جداسازی الیاف و پالایش آنها تا درجه روانی کاناداییml 300، کاغذهای دست ساز 60 گرمی ساخته شد و مقاومتها و ویژگیهای نوری آنها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان اختلاط چوب غان، بین میانگین ویژگیهای مورد بررسی خمیرکاغذ CMP، اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد و همه این ویژگیها به جز ماتی کاغذ بهبود یافتهاند. مقایسه مقاومتهای کاغذهای ساخته شده با کاغذهای روزنامه و چاپ و تحریر چوب و کاغذ مازندران نشان میدهد که به ترتیب با افزودن 10 و 20 درصد چوب غان به دو گونه جنگلی مورد استفاده میتوان به مقاومتهای مورد نیاز دست یافت که از نظر اقتصادی برای واردات چوب غان نیز قابل توجه است.

تاثیر روشهای مختلف خشک کردن بر نانو الیاف سلولزی و چندسازههای حاصل از آن
در این تحقیق، تاثیر روشهای مختلف خشک کردن بر نانو الیاف سلولزی و چندسازههای حاصل از آن بررسی شد. چهار روش برای خشک کردن سوسپانسیون نانو الیاف سلولز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت؛ روش هوای آزاد، خشککن کورهای، خشککن پاششی و خشککن انجمادی. ریختشناسی و اندازه ذرات با استفاده از روشهای تفرق نور لیزر (DLS)، آنالیز اندازه ذرات و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین خواص مکانیکی فیلمهای تقویت شده با این پودرها مطالعه گردید. از بین روشهای مورد مطالعه فقط ذرات تهیه شده به روش پاششی در محدوده مقیاس نانو بوده و قابلیت ارتقاء چشمگیر خواص مکانیکی فیلمهای برپایه پلی لاکتیک اسید (PLA) را دارا بودند.

روشی جدید به منظور آشکارسازی عیوب در تصاویر اخذ شده از روکش چوب: بهینه سازی تابع انرژی روی تصویر حاصل از حذف طرح و نقش طبیعی
در این مقاله یک روش جدید برای آشکارسازی عیوب سطح چوب به منظور تعیین کیفیت آن ارائه می گردد. در این روش ابتدا تفکیک عیوب از پس زمینه طبیعی روکش چوب در قالب یک مساله آزمون فرض های تصادفی مدل می شود. در گام بعدی طرح و نقش طبیعی روکش چوب با استفاده از مفهوم ریخت شناسی حذف می گردد. سرانجام مرزهای صحیح عیوب به کمک بهینه سازی تابع انرژی بر روی تصویر همگن شده فوق، استخراج می گردند. عملکرد روش پیشنهادی با آزمودن آن بر روی تصاویر واقعی که شامل عیوب سطحی مختلفی هستند، ارزیابی می شود. نتایج حاصله نشان می دهند که روش پیشنهادی عیوب را حدوداً 18 درصد بهتر از روش های ارائه شده دیگر آشکار می نماید. همچنین ملاحظه می شود که انجام آشکارسازی بهتر در روش پیشنهادی نه تنها موجب استخراج عیوب نادرست بیشتری نمی شود، بلکه نرخ آشکارسازی غلط را نیز حدوداً 8.2 درصد در مقایسه با روش های موجود کاهش می دهد. بنابراین، می توان نتیجه گرفت که روش پیشنهادی این مقاله می تواند به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب برای روش های فعلی در کاربرد آشکارسازی عیوب سطوح روکش چوب مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثر افزایش دما بر رفتار خمشی ماده مرکب الیاف باگاس- پلی پروپیلن با روش تحلیل لنگر-انحناء
برای توسعه کاربرد ساختمانی فرآوردههای مرکب الیاف طبیعی-پلی پروپیلن، به دست آوردن دانش کافی در زمینه رفتار مکانیکی آنها، امری ضروری است. یکی از روشهای بیان ویژگیهای خمشی یک عضو خمشی، استفاده از منحنی لنگر-انحناء است که بهعنوان جایگزین رابطه تنش-کرنش در بسیاری از تحلیلها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در این پژوهش به مطالعه اثر دما بر موقعیت تار خنثی و توزیع تنش خمشی در سطح مقطع آزمونههای خمشی ماده مرکب الیاف طبیعی باگاس-پلی پروپیلن با استفاده از روش تحلیل لنگر-انحناء پرداخته شده است. آزمونهای خمش، کشش و فشار استاتیک در محدوده دمایی از دمای اتاق تا دمای 80 درجه سانتیگراد انجام شد. از یک برنامه Fortran برای تحلیل لنگر-انحناء در سطح مقطع آزمونههای خمشی استفاده گردید. بهمنظور بررسی صحت نتایج حاصل از برنامه، دادههای بار خیز و لنگر حداکثر حاصل از برنامه با دادههای بار خیز و لنگر حداکثر واقعی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت و نتایج نشان داد که برنامه حاصل بهخوبی قادر به توصیف رفتار خمشی ماده مرکب موردمطالعه بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که توزیع غیریکنواخت تنش خمشی منجر به بالا رفتن تار خنثی به سمت سطح فشاری شده است. همچنین با افزایش دما تنش فشاری بیشتر از تنش کششی کاهشیافته و توزیع تنش یکنواختتر شده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش لنگر تعادل بین کرنش فشاری و کششی از طریق جابهجایی تار خنثی به سمت فشاری حفظ شده است که افزایش دما این جابهجایی را کاهش داده است.

استخراج و خالصسازی لیگنان زیستفعال ماتاییرزینول موجود در گرههای گونهی سرو سیمین (Cupressus arizonica)
لیگنان ماتاییرزینول (MR) گره سرو سیمین جداسازی، شناسایی و خالصسازی شد. پیش استخراج با حلال هگزان بهمنظور حذف ترکیبات چربیدوست و به دنبال آن، استخراج ترکیبات آبدوست موجود در مواد استخراجی گرهها با روش غوطهوری در حلال اتانول- آب (v/v1:9) انجام شد. همچنین ماتاییرزینول، با استفاده از پتاسیم استات خالصسازی گردید. شناسایی عصارهها در تمام مراحل با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی گازی- طیفسنجی جرمی GC/MS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد ترکیبات شناساییشده در کروماتوگرام حاصل از عصاره اتانولی اولیه زیاد است که تعداد زیادی از این ترکیبات را قندها و ترکیبات آروماتیکی تشکیل میدهند. همچنین تعداد ترکیبات در کروماتوگرامهای حاصل از رسوب و محلول بعد از سانتریفیوژ که در اثر افزودن پتاسیم استات به عصاره اتانولی حاصلشدهاند، نسبت به عصاره اتانولی اولیه کمتر است که این امر بیانگر تأثیر پتاسیم استات در خالصسازی عصاره اتانولی است. مقدار لیگنان MR در عصاره اتانولی اولیه، رسوب و محلول شفاف بعد از سانتریفیوژ به ترتیب 11.3، 32.59، 40.44 درصد است و شدت پیک MR در عصارههای خالصسازی شده نسبت به عصاره اتانولی اولیه بیشتر است که این موضوع نیز نشاندهنده خلوص بیشتر لیگنان ماتاییرزینول در این عصارهها است
