مطالعه رفتار زیستتخریبپذیری نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیوینیلالکل- نانوکریستال سلولز
در این پژوهش رفتار زیستتخریبپذیری نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیوینیلالکل- نانوکریستال سلولز موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. فیلمهای نانوکامپوزیتهای حاوی درصدهای مختلف نانوکریستالسلولز (3، 6، 9 و 12 درصد وزنی) توسط روش قالبریزی حلال تهیه شد. تأثیر نانوکریستالسلولز بر روی زیستتخریبپذیری نانوکامپوزیتهای موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. آزمونهای جذب آب و حلالیت در آب با غوطهوری نمونهها در آب مقطر انجام شد. ضریب انتشار و بیشینه جذب رطوبت از روی منحنیهای جذب تعیین شد. مشخص شد که رفتار جذب آب نمونهها از قانون فیک تبعیت میکند. بیشینه جذب آب و ضریب انتشار نمونهها با افزایش درصد نانوکریستالسلولز کاهش یافت؛ بااینوجود انحلالپذیری در آب افزایش نشان داد. زیستتخریبپذیری فیلمها با غوطهوری نمونهها در محلول آنزیمی سلولاز و دفن در خاک موردپژوهش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن نانوکریستالسلولز موجب افزایش افت وزن نمونهها در محیط آنزیمی و کاهش آن در محیط خاک میشود. تخریب محدود نمونهها در محیط خاک به شکلگیری برهمکنشهای قوی با مواد جامد خاک که مانع دسترسی گروههای عاملی میشوند نسبت داده شد. نمونههای با درجه هیدرولیز پایین در هر دو محیط آنزیمی و خاک دچار تخریب شدید شدند، درحالیکه نمونههای با درجه هیدرولیز بالا تحت این شرایط در برابر زیستتخریبپذیری سرسختی نشان دادند.

بررسی تأثیر ذرات نانورس بر خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت آرد چوب- پلیپروپیلن با استفاده از تحلیل گرمایی- مکانیکی- دینامیکی
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر مقدار ذرات نانورس بر خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت آرد چوب- پلیپروپیلنبا استفاده از تحلیل گرمایی- مکانیکی- دینامیکی انجام شد. برای این منظور، آرد چوب با نسبت وزنی60 درصد با پلیپروپیلن مخلوط شد و نانورس نیز در سه سطح 0، 3 و phc 5 استفاده گردید، همچنین ماده سازگارکننده مالئیکدار به میزان phc 2 در تمام ترکیبها بکار رفت. درنهایت نمونههای آزمونی با استفاده از روش قالبگیری تزریقی ساخته شدند. آزمونهای استاتیک شامل خمش و کشش بر روی نمونهها انجام گرفت. آزمونگرمایی- مکانیکی- دینامیکی در محدوده دمایی 60- تا 150+ درجه سانتیگراد با نرخ حرارت دهی 5 درجه سانتیگراد بر دقیقه و فرکانس 1 هرتز انجام گردید. همچنین به منظور مطالعه نحوه پراکنش ذرات نانورس در نمونهها از دستگاه تفرق اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش مقدار نانورس از 0 به phc 3، استحکام مکانیکی و مدول ذخیره نمونهها افزایشیافته و سپس با افزایش مقدار نانورس تا phc 5، کاهش مییابد. همچنین انتقال آلفا و بتا (دمای انتقال شیشهای) در نمونهها بر اثر افزودن نانورس به دماهای بالاتر انتقال مییابد. مطالعات ریختشناسی نانوکامپوزیتها به کمک روش پراش اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری نشان داد که توزیع ذرات نانورس در زمینه پلیمری از نوع ساختار بینلایهای است.

ارائه مدل رگرسیونی برای پیشبینی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساخته شده از تخته چندلا با پیچ و مقایسة آن با MDF و تختهخردهچوب صنعتی
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی امکان پیشبینی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده از تخته چندلای پهنبرگ، با پیچ رزوه ریزودرشت، با استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی انجامشده است. ضخامت تختهچندلا در اعضای اتصال 19 میلیمتر بود و برای مقایسه از تختهخردهچوب و تخته فیبر با چگالی متوسط (MDF) با ضخامت اسمی 18 میلیمتر استفاده شد. پیچهای موردبررسی پیچ پانلی رزوه ریز و رزوه درشت با قطرهای اسمی 5/3، 4 و 5 میلیمتر و طول اسمی به ترتیب 5/3، 4 و 5 سانتیمتر و پیچهای خودکار با قطر اسمی 4 و 5 میلیمتر و طول اسمی 4 سانتیمتر بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال با افزایش طول نفوذ و قطر پیچ افزایش مییابد و طول نفوذ پیچ در مقایسه با قطر آن، تأثیر بیشتری روی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی داشت. ظرفیت لنگر خمشی در اتصالهای ساختهشده با پیچ رزوه درشت در مقایسه با اتصالهای ساختهشده با پیچ رزوه ریز بیشتر بودند. بیشترین میزان ظرفیت لنگر خمشی (N.m 76/71) مربوط به پیچ رزوه درشت با قطر 5 و طول نفوذ 28 میلیمتر بوده و کمترین میزان آن ( N.m08/12) در پیچ رزوه ریز با قطر 5/3 و طول نفوذ 9 میلیمتر دیدهشده است. بر پایه مشاهدات، ظرفیت لنگر خمشی تختهچندلا نسبت به MDF و تختهخردهچوب بیشتر است. در نهایت با تحلیلهای صورت گرفته معادله Wc = 3.426×D0.615×P0.639 برای پیشبینی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی با پیچ رزوه درشت و Wf = 4.684×D0.415×P0.568برای پیشبینی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی با پیچ رزوه ریز بر پایه قطر و عمق نفوذ پیچ به دست آمدند. مقادیر پیشبینی شده از مدل ارائهشده، با اندازهگیریهای تجربی با یک تقریبِ نسبتا خوب، همخوانی نشان میدهند.

بررسی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده با پین در مبلمان صفحهای
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال با پین چوبی در تختهچندلا صورت گرفته است. اعضای اتصال از تختهچندلا با ضخامت 19 میلیمتر و ساختهشده از گونههای پهنبرگ (راش، ممرز و توسکا) بودند. در این بررسی، تأثیر متغیرهای گونه چوب پین (راش و ممرز)، قطر پین در سه سطح 6، 8 و 10 میلیمتر و عمق نفوذ در سه سطح 9، 13 و 17 میلیمتر، بر ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای T شکل بررسیشده است. نتایج نشان دادند که ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال با افزایش قطر و عمق نفوذ پین افزایش مییابد. ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده با پین راش در مقایسه با اتصالهای ساختهشده با پین ممرز بیشتر است. بالاترین میزان ظرفیت لنگر خمشی ( N.m29/44) مربوط به پین راش با قطر 10 میلیمتر و عمق نفوذ 17 میلیمتر بوده است. کمترین میزان ظرفیت لنگر خمشی (N.m08/12) در پین ممرز با قطر 6 میلیمتر و عمق نفوذ 9 میلیمتر دیدهشده است.

تعیین ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال های T شکل ساختهشده با بیسکویت چوبی
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر گونه چوبی اعضای اتصال (راش و نراد)، تعداد اتصالدهنده (1 و 2 عدد)، اندازه بیسکویت (10 و 20) و نوع چسب پلیاورتان (PU)، پلیوینیل استات (VAcP) و اوره فرمآلدهید (UF) بر ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده با بیسکویت بوده است. نتایج نشان دادند که گونه اعضای اتصال، تعداد اتصالدهنده، اندازه بیسکویت و نوع چسب تأثیر معنیداری بر ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده با بیسکویت داشتهاند. ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصالهای ساختهشده با گونه راش نسبت به اتصالهای ساختهشده با گونه نراد بیشتر بوده است. با افزایش تعداد و اندازه بیسکویت ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال افزایشیافته است. اتصالهای ساختهشده با چسب پلیاورتان نسبت به اتصالهای ساختهشده با چسبهای پلیوینیل استات و اوره فرمآلدهید عملکرد بهتری داشته است. بیشترین ظرفیت لنگر خمشی اتصال مربوط به اتصالهای ساختهشده با چسب پلیاورتان، بیسکویت اندازۀ 20 و تعداد 2 اتصالدهنده، بوده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داده است که اتصالهای ساختهشده با بیسکویت و چسب پلیاورتان مقاومت بیشتری نسبت به اتصالهای ساختهشده با پین چوبی داشتهاند.

تاثیر تیمار شیمیائی و درصد فشردگی بر خواص مکانیکی چوب فشرده پالونیا
از زمان پیدایش انسان تاکنون، چوب به عنوان یک ماده آلی و اولیه مهم مطرح بوده است، بنابراین حفظ، تجدید و استفاده بهینه از آن، مسئله مورد توجهی میباشد. از طرفی، با توجه به موقعیت جنگل در ایران، استفاده از گونه سریع الرشد پالونیا، مسیری نوین در صنایع چوب فراهم میآورد. اما از سوی دیگر این گونه با داشتن دانسیته کم، از مقاومتهای پایینی برخوردار است. یکی از راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای افزایش دانسیته این چوب اشباع آن با رزین و فشرده کردن آن است. در این پژوهش تلاش بر این بوده است تا ابتدا با استفاده از پیشتیمار، نفوذپذیری و اشباع پالونیا با استفاده از رزین اوره فرمالدئید افزایش یابد سپس فشردهسازی انجام گیرد. برای این کار 2 متغیر نوع پیشتیمار و درصد فشردگی که هر کدام دارای دو سطح بودند، تعیین شد. پیشتیمار با سدیمکلرید و سدیمهیدروکسید و فشردگی 40 و 50 درصد انجام گرفت. در مجموع تعداد 72 نمونه آماده شد و پس از تولید چوب فشرده، درصدجذب و خواص مکانیکی شامل مقاومت به فشار موازی الیاف، مدول گسیختگی، مدول الاستیسیته خمشی و مقاومت به ضربه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که خواص مکانیکی بهبود یافته و نمونههای پیشتیمار شده با سدیمکلرید در هر دو سطح فشردگی 40 و 50 درصد دارای بیشترین مقدار این خواص بودند.

اثر نانو اکسید قلع و تیمار گرمایی بر مقاومت به پوسیدگی و خواص فیزیکی چوب گونه راش (Fagus orientalis
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر نانوذرات اکسید قلع و تیمارگرمایی بر مقاومت به پوسیدگی و خواص فیزیکی چوب راش ایرانی انجامشد. نمونههای فیزیکی و زیستی به ترتیب بر اساس استانداردهای EN-113 و ASTM-D4446-05 تهیه گردیدند. نمونهها به چهار گروه شاهد، اشباع با نانوذرات اکسید قلع، گرمایی و نانوگرمایی دستهبندی شدند. اشباع با محلول نانو اکسید قلع در غلظت ppm 5000، به روش سلول پر انجامشد. سپس، نمونهها در سه سطح دمایی 160،140 و 180 درجه سانتیگراد در مدتزمان 2 و 4 ساعت تیمارگرمایی شدند. بر اساس نتایج، با افزایش زمان و دما، مقاومت در برابر پوسیدگی افزایش یافت. کمترین کاهش وزن ناشی از پوسیدگی در نمونههای نانوگرمایی تحت دمای 180 درجه سانتیگراد در مدت 4 ساعت با 3/46 درصد تنزل در مقایسه با شاهد، با بالاترین کاهش وزن، اندازهگیریشد. در سطح نانوگرمایی بالاترین مقدار جذب آب مشاهدهشد که با سطوح شاهد و نانو اختلاف معنیداری نشان نداد. افزایش دما حین تیمارگرمایی به کاهش معنیدار جذب آب منتهی شد بهطوریکه جذب آب طی طولانیترین زمان غوطهوری در نمونههای تیمارگرمایی تحت دمای ˚C180 و به مدت 4 ساعت، 8/47 درصد تنزل یافت. کمترین واکشیدگی حجمی در نمونههای نانوگرمایی تیمار شده در دمای 180 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 2 ساعت اندازهگیری شد. واکشیدگی حجم نمونههای نانو شده نیز پس از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطهوری به ترتیب 70/8 و 76/22 درصد در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد کاهش یافت.

تأثیر لایههای خودسامان کایتوزان- نانوسیلیکا بر روی الیاف لینتر پنبه و خواص کاغذ تهیهشده از آن
با فن لایه به لایه میتوان خصوصیات سطحی الیاف سلولزی را اصلاح نمود. یکی از منابع سلولزی مهم غیرچوبی و صنعتی در دنیا، الیاف پنبه است. الیاف لینتر پنبه نیز بهعنوان یکی از فرآوردههای جانبی مهم به همراه الیاف پنبه تولید میشوند که یکی از منابع مهم الیاف سلولزی است که در صنعت کاغذسازی جهت تولید کاغذ بادوام مورداستفاده قرار میگیرد. در این تحقیق تأثیر جذب متناوب لایههای کایتوزان کاتیونی و نانوسیلیکای آنیونی بر روند اصلاح سطح الیاف لینتر پنبه موردبررسی قرار گرفت. جذب مواد بر سطح الیاف سلولزی از طریق تیتراسیون الکترولیت تحلیل شد. آزمایشها در تشکیل لایه کاتیونی در 4-3 ≈pH و در تشکیل لایه آنیونی در 10-9 ≈pH با سرعت هم زدن 750 دور بر دقیقه و زمان لایهنشانی 15 دقیقه برای تشکیل یک تا سه لایه انجام شد. کاغذهای دستساز با گرماژ 60 گرم بر مترمربع با استفاده از الیاف خمیر عملآوری شده به روش چندلایه با کایتوزان و نانوسیلیکا تهیه گردید و خواص ساختاری و قابلیت پیوندپذیری آن ارزیابی گردید. قابلیت پیوندپذیری الیاف با تشکیل لایههای پلیمری در سطح الیاف، بهبودیافته که تغییرات حاصله در سطوح الیاف با استفاده از تصویربرداری الیاف با میکروسکوپ الکترونی ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که در اثر عملآوریهای انجامشده، چگالی ظاهری کاغذ و همچنین قابلیت پیوندپذیری الیاف بهواسطه افزایش جاذبه الکترواستاتیکی بین پلی کاتیون و آنیون موجود در سطح الیاف بهبودیافته است. چگالی ظاهری در کاغذ بهطور معنیداری نسبت به خمیر عملآوری نشده افزایشیافته است. بهطوریکه شاخص مقاومت به کشش کاغذ با لایهنشانی سه لایه نسبت به خمیر عملآوری نشده تقریباً 16 درصد افزایشیافته است. ضریب شکلگیری کاغذ بعد از تشکیل چندلایههای پلیمری بهآرامی کاهشیافته است.

مطالعه تیمار روغن بزرک در چوب کبوده (Populus alba L.) بهعنوان تیمار سنتی آثار تاریخی چوبی در برابر هوازدگی
بخش مهمی از آثار چوبی در فضای باز و در معرض هوازدگی قرار دارند. حفاظت از این آثار با توجه به ارزشهای فرهنگی آنها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. پیشینه استفاده از روغن بزرک به چند قرن گذشته بازمیگردد و امروزه نیز به شکل سنتی در سطح وسیعی جهت تیمار آثار چوبی در فضای باز به کار میرود؛ بنابراین، ویژگیهای تیمار چوب کبوده (Populus alba L.) با روغن بزرک تحت تأثیر هوازدگی موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. جذب روغن در فرایند تیمار بررسی شد و میزان آبشویی آن با استفاده از استاندارد BS EN 84:1997 اندازهگیری گردید. فرایند هوازدگی نیز با توجه به دستورالعمل ASTM 2565-99 انجام گرفت. نمونهها پس از 300 و 800 ساعت هوازدگی از طریق رنگ سنجی، طیفسنجی FTIR و تصاویر SEM موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که نمونههای تیمار شده مقاومت خوبی در برابر آبشویی دارند ولی تیمار روغن بزرک موجب تغییرات بصری زیادی در چوب میشود که این تغییرات در طول فرایند هوازدگی ادامه پیدا میکند. دادههای طیفسنجی نیز گویای تخریب ساختاری نمونههای تیمار شده پس از هوازدگی بود بهگونهای که به شکل شکست و ایجاد ترک در ساختار سلولی در تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی از سطح چوب دیده شد. بهطورکلی، نتایج بر عدم عملکرد مناسب تیمار روغن بزرک در شرایط مطالعه در این تحقیق، جهت حفاظت چوب در فضای باز تأکید داشت

تعیین شاخصهای مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات مبلمان اداری ایران به روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی
صنعت مبلمان یکی از مهمترین شاخههای صنعتی مولد اشتغال و ثروت در کشورهای درحالتوسعه و نیز یکی از شاخههای مهم تجارت بینالملل است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین شاخصهای مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات مبلمان اداری به روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با تصمیمگیری گروهی است. به این منظور ابتدا با مراجعه به اداره گمرک جمهوری اسلامی ایران میزان واردات و صادرات مبلمان اداری مشخص شد و در مرحله بعد بهمنظور شناسایی شاخصهای تأثیرگذار بر توسعه صادرات مبلمان اداری پس از مطالعه اولیه، با تعدادی از صاحبان صنایع مبلمان و کارشناسان مرتبط مصاحبه صورت گرفت و این شاخصها به شش گروه اصلی و 48 زیرشاخص تقسیم شدند. درجه اهمیت شاخصها و زیرشاخصها پس از اخذ نظرات کارشناسان با نرمافزار اکسپرت چویس تعیین شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که در بین شاخصهای اصلی، مواد اولیه و محصول بهعنوان مهمترین شاخص انتخابشدهاند. همچنین از میان 48 زیرشاخص تأثیرگذار نیز طراحی محصول، ضمانت و خدمات پس از فروش، کنترل کیفیت، اصلاح تعرفههای گمرکی و بازاریابی راهبردی به ترتیبِ ارزش وزنی، بیشترین اولویت را در توسعه صادرات مبلمان اداری داشتند. با توجه به سیاستگذاریها و تصمیمات دولت در حوزههای مواد اولیه چوبی، نظام پولی و بانکی و زیرساختهای بازاریابی، همراهی کامل دولت با صنعت مبلمان برای حفظ توان تولید و رقابت صنعت مبلمان ایران در گام اول و دستیابی به پتانسیل حضور در بازارهای صادراتی در گام دوم، شرط لازم برای حضور این صنعت در بازارهای جهانی محسوب میشود.

مطالعه اثر افزایش دما بر مقاومتهای مکانیکی چندسازه تجاری الیاف باگاس پلیپروپیلن
در این مطالعه اثر افزایش دما بر مقاومتهای مکانیکی چندسازه تجاری الیاف باگاس- پلیپروپیلن در محدوده دمای اتاق تا دمای 80 درجه سانتیگراد مورد ارزیابی و بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل برای تعیین وابستگی دمایی خواص مکانیکی چندسازه موردمطالعه بهمنظور توسعه ضرایب تنظیم دما به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دما خاصیت تغییرشکلپذیری چندسازه به دلیل افزایش تغییرشکل پلاستیکی، بیشتر شده، مدول الاستیسیته آن نیز کاهش مییابد و شکست در کرنش بالاتری رخ میدهد. ضرایب تنظیم حاصله برای مدهای بارگذاری مختلف متفاوت بود و همچنین اثر افزایش دما بر مدول الاستیسیته بیشتر از اثر افزایش دما بر مقاومت بوده است.
