For this purpose, 180 gr/m2 of vegetable oil (linseed or soybean) containing 0 and 0.5 wt% of UV absorbent (nano ZnO or Tinvin 326) was applied to the surface of the specimens by brush. The weathering resistance of these specimens after six months of natural weathering was examined by colorimetry, roughness, ATR-FTIR spectroscopy and stereomicroscope. The results of colorimetry indicated that in the first month of weathering, coatings containing soybean oil had less color changes than coatings containing linseed oil. But at the end of the weathering, But at the end of the weathering, specimens coated with linseed oil (pure and containing nano ZnO) and soybean oil containing nano ZnO had the least color changes compared to other treatments. The results of the roughness test revealed that the oil coatings have partially reduced surface roughness increasing due to weathering but the UV absorbents did not have a positive effect in this regard. Stereomicroscope images also indicate that coated heat treated wood specimens had less surface degradation and surface crack than uncoated specimens.}, keywords = {Natural weathering,heat treated wood,Vegetable oils,UV absorbents}, title_fa = {تاثیر پوشش حاصل از روغن‌های گیاهی حاوی جاذب‌های نور فرابنفش در مقاومت به هوازدگی چوب اصلاح حرارتی شده}, abstract_fa = {هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مطالعه تأثیر استفاده از روغن گیاهی محتوی جاذب نوری به‌عنوان پوشش بر مقاومت به هوازدگی چوب اصلاح حرارتی شده بود. برای این منظور، مقدار gr/m2 180 روغن (کتان یا سویا) به همراه 0 و 5/0 درصد جاذب نور فرابنفش (نانواکسید روی یا تینوین 326) به‌عنوان پوشش در سطح نمونه‌ها به‌وسیله قلم‌مو اعمال شد و سپس مقاومت به هوازدگی این نمونه‌ها بعد از 6 ماه هوازدگی طبیعی به‌وسیله آزمونهای رنگسنجی، زبری سطح، طیفسنجی ATR-FTIR و استریو میکروسکوپ موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون رنگسنجی نشان داد که در ماه اول هوازدگی پوششهای حاوی روغن سویا تغییرات رنگی کمتری را نسبت به پوششهای حاوی روغن کتان داشتهاند؛ اما در پایان هوازدگی، نمونه‌های دارای پوشش روغن کتان (خالص و حاوی نانو اکسیدروی) و سویا حاوی نانو اکسید روی کمترین تغییرات رنگ را نسبت به سایر تیمارها داشتند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون زبری سطح مشخص کرد که پوششهای روغنی تا حدی توانسته جلوی افزایش زبری سطح در اثر هوازدگی را بگیرند اما جاذبهای نوری تأثیر مثبتی از خود در این زمینه نشان ندادند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل نتایج طیف‌سنجی ATR-FTIR نشان داد که کمترین تخریب سطح در نمونههای پوشش داده‌شده با روغن سویا اتفاق افتاده است. تصاویر استریو میکروسکوپ نیز حاکی از آن بود که نمونههای حاوی پوشش دارای شدت تخریب و ترک سطحی کمتری نسبت به نمونههای بدون پوشش هستند.}, keywords_fa = {هوازدگی طبیعی,چوب اصلاح حرارتی شده,روغن های گیاهی,جاذب های نوری}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_38954.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_38954_3811fc2554bb9ba6b627b86bbf3f73bb.pdf} }
