This biopolymer has remarkably been noticed by scientific and industrial associations due to the similar properties with polypropylene. In spite of great benefits than petrochemical polymers, the use of PHBV to high-cost production process and also low range of physical and mechanical properties is limited. One solution to overcome this problem is to utilize nanoparticles as reinforcement. In this research, PHBV nanocomposite films containing cellulose nano crystals (CNC) has been provided. The effects of adding nanoparticles on the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation, dynamic-mechanical properties such as modulus and tan δ were studied. Also, morphology and thermal features by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were investigated, respectively. For this purpose, CNC with ratio of 0, 1, 3 and 5 wt% were added to biopolymer matrix, then nanocomposite films were obtained by solvent casting method. After adding nanoparticles, the tensile strength and thermal stability of the PHBV/CNC composite films increased and the elongation decreased. SEM observations showed that existence of large amount of nanoparticles (3 wt%) are strongly agglomerated in the biopolymer matrix. This leads to decrease of mechanical properties of the composites for more than 3% by weight. Finally, the results of this study showed that CNC is an effective reinforcing agent for modifying physical and mechanical properties of biopolymer composite films.}, keywords = {Nanocomposite,Polyhydroxybutyrate-co-valerate,Cellulose Nanocrystal,Bio-polymer,Green composite}, title_fa = {تاثیر افزودن نانو کریستال سلولز بر خواص فیلم‌های پلیمری پلی هیدروکسی بوتیرات کووالرات}, abstract_fa = {پلی هیدروکسی بوتیرات کووالرات (PHBV) یک بایوپلیمر گرمانرم و زیست تخریب‌پذیر است که بوسیله گونه‌ای از باکتری‌ها تولید می‌شود. این بایو پلیمر به دلیل خواص مشابه با پلی پروپیلن بسیار مورد توجه مجامع علمی و صنعتی واقع شده است. با وجود مزایای زیاد PHBV نسبت به پلیمرهای پتروشیمیایی، استفاده از آن به علت هزینه بر بودن فرایند تولید و همچنین پایین بودن برخی خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی، محدود می‌باشد. یکی از روشهای برطرف کردن این مشکل استفاده از نانو ذرات بعنوان تقویت کننده است. در این پژوهش، فیلم‌های نانوکامپوزیت PHBV حاوی نانوکریستال سلولز (CNC)، تهیه شد. تاثیر افزودن CNC بر ویژگی‌های مکانیکی شامل استحکام کششی و ازدیاد طول پارگی و ویژگی‌های دینامیکی-مکانیکی شامل مدول ذخیره و تانژانت دلتا و ویژگی‌های مرفولوژی سطحی توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی (SEM) و نهایتا ویژگی‌های حرارتی توسط آنالیزگرماسنجی تفاضلی (DSC) بر اساس استانداردهای مربوطه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نانو کریستال سلولز با نسبت‌های صفر، 1، 3 و 5 درصد وزنی به بایو پلیمراضافه شد و فیلم نانوکامپوزیت به روش قالبگیری محلول تهیه شد. نتایج آزمون‌های مکانیکی نشان داد که استحکام کششی با افزایش نانو کریستال سلولز تا 1 درصد افزایش یافت اما با افزدون مقادیر بالاتر، استحکام کششی کاهش یافت. همچنین تغییر طول در نقطه شکست با افزایش نانو ذرات کاهش یافت. نتایج حاصل از میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی حاکی از پراکنش بسیار خوب نانو ذرات در سطح 1 درصد می‌باشد. نتایج آزمون دینامیکی- مکانیکی نیز نشان داد که با افزایش درصد نانو ذرات در دماهای پایین مدول ذخیره نانوکامپوزیت‌ها افزایش می‌یابد و با افزایش دما مدول ذخیره کاهش می‌یابد. نتایج آزمون گرماسنجی تفاضلی نیز نشان داد افزودن نانو ذرات دمای انتقال شیشه‌ای را افزایش می‌دهد که احتمالا به علت ایجاد پیوندهای قوی بین پلیمر و نانو کریستال سلولز و همچنین بلورینگی بالای CNC می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {نانوکریستال سلولز,بایوپلیمر,کامپوزیت سبز,پلی هیدروکسی بوتیرات کووالرات}, url = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_34511.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijwp.ir/article_34511_0c0d11e6dd55adf86cbb1c14f83342ad.pdf} }
